Boys must wear a white polo shirt with black slacks, along with white socks and black shoes.
2. The prescribed haircut for boys is Barber’s cut. The school's prefect of discipline will assess
pupils' haircuts during the last week of each month.
3. The dress code for girls is a white shirt, a light blue checkered skirt with straps that is below the
knee in length, white socks, and black shoes.
4. Students are not permitted to have any form of piercing, including nose, lip, or tongue piercings,
or to use excessive amounts of cosmetics (red lips, defined brows, etc.).
5. Students are prohibited to have tattoos on their bodies.
6. Wearing caps inside the school premises is prohibited
7. All students are expected to wear their ID at all times and display it in the manner approved by
the school. If lost, a replacement is required with a corresponding charge.
8. Using other student's school ID is strictly prohibited.
9. The student must present a letter of justification that has been duly signed by either the parent
or the guardian on the day he or she returns to class following an absence. PLEASE NOTE THE
FOLLOWING:
 The student is advised not to submit an altered letter of justification. If detected, a parent
conference and one day of janitorial work will be required.
 When a student misses ten classes without a valid reason in a row, she/he is considered
dropped. As a result, a parent conference is essential.
 A student is deemed dropped from all of his classes if he or she misses 20% of the total number
of school days.
10. The flag ceremony is held at 5:45 in the morning and all morning session students are obliged to
attend.
11. Students who are detected cutting classes and are reported by the class advisers will be called
by the Officer In charge of Discipline.
12. Each student is accountable for maintaining a tidy classroom and school grounds. Any student
who is caught throwing trash anywhere will be dealt with appropriately.
13. According to educational laws, cheating is illegal. Any student who is found to be cheating will
be summoned to a discussion with the prefect of discipline.
14. The OIC on Discipline will immediately contact any students who exhibit unwanted or disruptive
behavior in class or during any other school-related activities.
15. Anybody caught jumping over the fence in and/or out of the school premises shall be called to
the office of the discipline for disciplinary measures.
16. Any student who invites visitors and causes disruption inside the school will be held responsible
for any harm, loss, or damage caused there.
17. The OIC on Discipline will immediately contact any students who have been detected gambling
on school property.
18. The truth will be expected from the student who has been summoned for an investigation and
hearing. If a student lies, the OIC on Discipline will convene a session with the student and their
parents to consider possible disciplinary measures.
19. Students are prohibited to bring and use mobile phones and other gadgets during class hours.
Students caught shall be called into the Office of the Discipline.

Following an appropriate and thorough assessment of every case, the aforementioned violations
(numbers 1–19) shall be subject to the relevant sanctions that are listed below.
• First offense- VERBAL AND WRITTEN WARNING

• Second offense - Parent’s Conference with one-hour in-school Janitorial job.

• Third offense – Parent’s conference with the three-hour in-school janitorial job.

• Habitual Act – Conference with the grievance committee

20. The following are strictly prohibited inside the school premises and/or within a 50-meter radius
of the school's perimeter.

a. Bringing and smoking cigarettes or vaping.


b. Bringing alcohol or other restricted drinks
c. Attending classes under the influence of alcohol.
d. Bringing deadly weapons.

21. Vandalism is strictly prohibited, including the destruction of tables and chairs as well as writing,
carving, and painting on the walls and chairs in the classroom. The students who are detected
engaging in vandalism will face disciplinary action.
22. Any person found in possession of explosive substances or devices that have the potential to
harm others or damage school property will be subject to suspension.
23. Students who are caught stealing from school, teachers, and other students’ property shall be
called for an investigation by the OIC on Discipline and disciplinary measures will be given.
24. Students caught forging or altering the signature of school authorities and their parents or
guardians shall be called by the OIC on discipline.
25. The Grievance Committee, along with the OIC on Discipline and the Guidance Counselor, shall
conduct an investigation into any students who are found in possession of, reading, or viewing
indecent material.
26. Any students who are observed engaging in indecent behavior on school premises or in public
will be the subject of an investigation by the grievance committee, along with the OIC on
Discipline and the guidance counselor.
27. The OIC on Discipline may call the attention of any students who are found to be inflicting,
starting, engaging in, or instigating fights, rumbles, or other problems both inside and outside of
the school.
28. Any student or parent who tries to bribe a teacher or other member of the school staff will be
the subject of a careful and proper inquiry by the grievance committee, which will be followed
by the implementation of disciplinary sanctions.
29. Any student found in possession of, using, or selling illegal drugs will be the subject of a careful
and proper investigation by the Grievance Committee, and after the conclusion of that inquiry,
appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken.
30. Any student who is found to have disrespected school staff members, teachers, SSG officers, or
challenged, disobeyed, threatened, or jeopardized the school's reputation will be invited to a
meeting with the grievance committee.
31. Students who lead or take part in boycotts of courses or assemblies will be dealt with
appropriately, and the Grievance Committee will undertake a thorough inquiry.
32. If any students are discovered to be part of a group whose goals conflict with those of the
school, the grievance committee will look into this and, following a thorough investigation, take
appropriate disciplinary action.
