The scope covers the design, engineering, manufacturing, Assembly, Inspection and testing at manufacturer’s and/ or his sub- contractors works
2 Painting, Proper packing , delivery at site, Supervision of erection & commissioning ,performance guarantee, training to operator for maintenance

3 Unit shall be complete with associated instruments, On Off Valve. Side stream Filter shall be controlled from Client DCS.
4 SSF Filter will be operated from DCS of Client (DCTL).
5 Interconnecting piping with in the B/L shall be in vendors scope.
6 Foundation bolts shall be provided by vendor
7 Single point supply of utilities shall be made available at vendor package B/L. Distribution of the same within the package B/L shall be in vendor's

8 All end connection shall be flanged to ASA 150#.


9 Mating Flanges, with gasket & fasteners shall be supplied by vendor.
10 Painting - As per DCTL standard Specifications D2-PH1-C-PI-SP-004.
11 Equipment should be easily cleanable and accessible.
12 Inspection by Client/TPI.
13 FAT & SAT shall be considered.

15 QAP shall be submitted.
16 Original Test Certificated and Internal inspection report will be provided by vendor including bought out items.
17 GAD with foundation details for the complete unit shall be submitted along with offer.
All items forming part of supply shall be guaranteed against defects in design, supply, material workmanship and performance (capacity / product
18 months from the date of commissioning or eighteen (18) months from the date of delivery, whichever is earlier.

19 All instruments shall be intrinsically safe/Flameproof. Actuated valves (SOV) shall be FLP 24 VDC & Limit switch shall be inductive proximity type su
