With reference to our meeting and discussion for SEWAGE Treatment Plant, we are pleased to submit our
proposals for your considerations as follows.

 BIOLOGICAL SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT SYSTEM – Packaged / Containerized

1. Design Criteria

ABAMET PAKISTAN is considering designing SEWAGE Treatment Plant.

2. Civil Structure

All the C&S works to be done by the Client/MES. We, ABAMET PAKISTAN/Global Env. will design the
SEWAGE Treatment Plant, supply; installation and commission all the M&E equipment, including the
training of the operators during Installation, Erection & Commissioning at site.

3. Scope of work

The scopes of works COVERED in this proposal are :

1. Design of the Treatment plant,

2. To supply, deliver mechanical and electrical items as specified in technical proposal.
3. Installation, testing & commissioning all the M&E equipment of the STP Plant within Container
4. Training of operators during Installation/Erection and Commissioning.
5. Electrical/mechanical erection of the units and “Start-up” of the units by necessary trial runs & tests.
6. Civil Construction of Underground Treated Water Tank, Platform for Container placement, Works as
per given drawings given by us.
7. Transporting the materials and the equipment’s at site, at horizontal and vertical directions.

The scopes of works NOT COVERED by us (will be done by MES / Civil Contractor) are :

1. Access road to the treatment plant,

2. All the utilities such as chemical, power, water, plant air etc. required during testing & commissioning,
as well as operation of the STP plant.
3. Piping & 3-point Sprinklers in BOM Area (in scope of MES).
4. Operation & Maintenance of the STP plant.
5. Delivering the raw water to the first plant unit/equipment and discharging the treated water to the
outside of the plant/unit.
6. Transformer & Cabling & appropriate power supply, earthing to the system panel/s in the control room
(380 V, 50 Hz, 3P) as specified in the drawings.
7. Power Requirement for the STP Plant to be given by MES, Transformer, cabling etc..
8. Storage & Security of materials/equipment sent to site.
9. Spare parts and replacement cost.
10. Accommodation/Local Transportation expenses of Contractor’s supervision; if available with MES.
11. Any additional items required by the authority at the time of approval or construction, the client must
bear the additional cost.

4. Proposed Project Schedule

The project schedule is estimated between 1 – 2 months for STP Completion Time.

5. Training of Operator

Abamet will Train the staff designated by the Client for proper operation of the plant..

6. Validity

The above proposal is valid only for 31st December 2023 from the above date conditionally to USD/PKR
Parity and Cement/Steel Prices, if any hikes, will revise the contract.
