GM Manufacturing Team:

We have progressed to more detailed discussions in our 2023 UAW/GM labor negotiations, and today we put
an economic offer on the table to the UAW. We wanted you to hear about the proposal directly from us.

We understand how important these negotiations are to you and to our long-term success as a company. Our
offer has been developed considering everything in our environment including what is important to our team
members and what our competitors are offering.

Our offer includes well-deserved wage improvements that far exceed the 2019 agreement and reward you for
your hard work. We still have work to do, but we wanted to make this offer to show our good faith efforts to
keep the process moving. Here are the highlights of our offer:

For all employees:

 Recognize Juneteenth as a paid holiday; new total of 16-18 paid holidays per year
 $5,500 ratification bonus

For temporary and in-progression employees:

 Current entry-level in-progression employees earn a 56% wage rate increase over the contract
 Current temporary employees will receive a 20% increase to $20/hr wage
 Eliminate two progression steps, which reduces the time to max wage rate by 25% and provides
double digit wage increases for all in-progression employees from the beginning of the contract

For most employees (at max wage rate):

 10% increase in wages -- the largest wage increases since the 1999 contract and 67% higher than 2019
and 2015
 Two additional 3% lump sum payments resulting in a total increase of 16%
 $6,000 one-time inflation-recognition payment
 $5,000 in inflation-protection bonuses over the life of the agreement (in-progression employees are
eligible)

Working as One Team, we can create opportunities for all in the EV transition and a secure future where GM
can compete and win. We will continue to bargain in good faith with the UAW and work towards an outcome
that recognizes your vital role in GM’s success.

You can continue to stay informed by visiting GMNegotiations2023.com. You can also contact the UAW
leadership or your plant leader with any questions.

Thank you for all you do for GM and our customers. Be safe.
