If I were Rogelio, I would gladly take the money and express my gratitude to Mrs. Chua.

Since I needed it
to sustain the daily needs of my family. And I did not do anything wrong in my job. The money she gave
is a result only of my good deed. In business ethics, we should respect one another's decisions. This is
what we call "Virtue Ethics". Virtue Ethics define good action that displays virtuous character, like
courage, and loyalty. It results in better judgments and helps us to see the world clearly. In this situation,
it is Mrs. Chua's decision to give me money as a result of my speed action. I could not refuse her, rather
accept it and be grateful for what she gave.
