GCS Form

The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) is used to measure brain function and level of consciousness by assessing eye opening, verbal response, and motor response on a scale of 1 to 15. It allows for initial and subsequent assessment of a patient's condition to determine deterioration or improvement. The GCS is administered by assigning scores in each category and calculating a total score to evaluate a patient's level of consciousness.
