2. Reason of the change

For further improvement of paper separation from pressure roller,
separation sheets have been added to fuser cover.
Please refer installation procedure for details.

3. Parts compatibility
When adding separation sheets, please use new type of fuser cover which
has rib for sheet position.
When use new fuser cover, please put new Label.(DZNK003287 and DZNK002766)
Because it is difficult to remove label from old Fuser cover.
Jam cover band (DZKA000030/Ref.No.1036) can re-use again.

2. Installation Procedure
Note:
Turns the Power Switch OFF before disassembly.

(1) Remove the Fuser Jam Cover from the Fuser Unit.
Fuser Jam Cover (2) Remove the Jam Cover Band from the Fuser Jam
Cover.
(3) Install 5 Separation Sheets on the New Fuser Jam
Cover as shown figure.

(A) Attention of the Separation Sheet Installation

A. This part of sheet must be put at the end of rib.
B. This part of sheet must be behind of rib.
(B) C. This part of sheet must be in front of rib.

(4) Put a High Temperature Label on the Fuser Jam Cover.

(6) Label position is aligned to corner of Rib (A).
(5) Put a Jam Removal Label on the Fuser Jam Cover.

Rib B (6) Reinstall the Jam Cover Band on the New Fuser
Rib A Jam Cover by Screw.
(7) Reinstall the New Fuser Jam Cover in Fuser Unit.
