At Sandoz Nordics, we are actively seeking a Business Insights & Analytics Manager to elevate our strategic
capabilities within the Business Insights & Analytics (BIA) team. As a key player in this critical role, you will forge
solution-oriented teams across diverse business units to architect and execute data-driven decision-making
frameworks and analytical initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass in-depth market intelligence and
competitive landscape evaluation, while also formulating sophisticated pricing algorithms and go-to-market
strategies. Your leadership in spearheading advanced analytics initiatives will be instrumental in driving
operational excellence and competitive advantage.
As part of our small, agile team of talented analytics professionals, you will have a lot of freedom to set your own
agenda and drive business impact. You will be expected to possess a high degree of conceptual thinking and
excellent analytical and communication skills. You can expect to work cross-functionally with colleagues across
sales & marketing, finance, and supply chain to further develop a culture of data-driven decision making within
the organization. This role offers leadership growth potential for those with ambition, curiosity, and proactive,
hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities
Business-partner with senior leaders to deliver competitive insights and strategic advantage to our core
business units:
Execute cutting-edge, deep-dive analytics to generate actionable intelligence for commercial and HQ
stakeholders, with a focus on measurable impact.
Deploy multi-dimensional analytics on in-market sales, CRM, and pricing data to not only reveal trends
and behavioral patterns but to also unlock game-changing opportunities.
Engineer innovative pricing frameworks, go-to-market blueprints, and portfolio segmentation,
specifically fine-tuned for Share of Voice (SoV) and tender-driven markets, aiming for peak efficiency
and profitability.
Employ hypothesis-driven approach to challenge existing pricing, sales, and business models. Utilize
rich datasets, advanced analytics methods, and A/B testing in synergy with our commercial divisions to
iterate and refine high-ROI strategies.
Design and continually calibrate a set of KPIs laser-focused on achieving commercial and pricing
objectives, serving as a dynamic tool for our commercial and marketing teams to maximize performance.
Leverage data intelligence to conduct periodic audits and real-time optimization of our product
portfolio, while proactively scanning the market landscape for emergent opportunities, thereby driving
sustainable growth and outperforming market benchmarks.
