Description of the Course:


Financial reporting and analysis help to answer a host of vital questions on all aspects of
company’s financial activities, giving both internal and external stakeholders an accurate,
comprehensive snapshot of the metrics, they need to make decisions and take informed
action.

Course Learning Objectives:

1 To read and understand the contents of an Annual Report of a company.


2 To provide an overview of accounting standards applicable in India.
To understand and appreciate the importance of accounting concepts, rules,

To learn the process related to preparation of Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit

and Loss Account and Cash Flow Statement.
