Dear Miss Melissa,

I regretfully inform you that I am writing this correspondense as my letter of resignation from
my current position as a pre school teacher of bayu mutiara due to some health issues. I
would like to state that my health condition is not favourable enough for me to discharge my
duties and responsibilities to the level of service that I am expected to perform.

2. Hence, I have decided to resign from my position and concentrate on my health


recovery, as this would be in the best for the organization and myself. I would like to express
my gratitude for giving me the opportunity to work for Dragonfly Bayu Mutiara. My
experience working with this team for the past 13 years has been great. I really wish our
kindy continues success and prosperity. Thank You.
