ASSIGNMENT-1

QUES1: Which are common, surprising and unique qualities?


ANS:
Common qualities are the qualities which are common between me and other
people. These qualities are public. These qualities include truthfulness, loyalty,
confidence and being helpful.
Unique qualities are the ones that we know exist but for others they don’t exist.
Some unique qualities in me include forgiveness, patience, fortitude and vision.
Surprising qualities are the qualities which exist for others but to us they might not
exist or are of less importance. Some surprising qualities in me include being good
at coding, self-confidence and being optimistic.

QUES2: Which of your unique and surprising qualities you want to convert into
common qualities? What measures you would like to take?
ANS:
A unique quality that I would like to make common is my vision. If you want to do
something good in life or achieve something big, you need to have a good
company and want people around you who are self-motivated and are visionary
and have a goal in life.
A surprising quality that I would like to make common is being good at coding, I
believe understanding this skill will help me grow and contribute more to the
society. The best way to go about this is to take my time and learn this skill slow
and steadily.

QUES1: Which of your good qualities will help you to achieve these goals?
ANS: The qualities in me which will help me achieve these goals include
dedication, hard work, having a vision, being patient and having self-confidence.

QUES2: Are there some hurdles or weaknesses in achieving goals? How you
would like to handle it?
ANS: Yes, there are some hurdles and weaknesses I might face in the path of
achieving my goals and this includes getting distracted by social media and gaming
and being a procrastinator. I could overcome these hurdles by constantly reminding
myself of the end goal that I set for myself and the main reason why I have to do
and what I have to do.

QUES1: What are your four preferences want to achieve in life?
ANS: 4 preferences which I want to achieve in life are:
o Achieving financial stability at a young age
o Gain respect and fame in the society
o Have loving and caring circle of people around me
o Take my family on a world tour and provide them with the best luxury

QUES2: Can you link it with needs given by Maslow?


o Financial stability would fall into safety needs as being financially
well off is a way of securing your needs for the future.
o Gaining respect and fame is an esteem need, cause no matter what you
do, if the world doesn’t respect you, it definitely would indicate that
something is wrong.
o Having loving people around will fall into love and belonging needs
as it’s a basic mental satisfaction that you are backed by people in
your bad times.
o Taking my family on a world tour and providing them with the best
luxury is an aesthetic need.

QUES3: Whether you want to add any need which you have not included earlier?
Justify your answers.
ANS: There will always be the basic biological and physiological needs that a
human being requires, as no one can function without the basics of human
necessity. I think I didn’t include it earlier in my list because I consider it the least
important, while I might be wrong about this.

ASSIGNMENT-4

QUES1: Which values you have chosen? Write reasons for it.
ANS: The values I have chosen are:

o Health because it is the most important thing one has to worry about.
An unhealthy person can never enjoy even the best luxuries of the
world.
o Trust because it is one of the most important factors which defines a
person and it is the base of every relationship whether it be friends or
family.
o Family because when all others pull their support from your back,
only one’s backing you are your family.
o Security, whether it be financial, personal, professional, job security,
is very important to make things go the right way.
o Money because in this materialistic world, everything has a cost and
you need to be financially stable to live peacefully in this world.

QUES2: Write sources of those values.


ANS: Most of these values are inculcated in me through my parents and friends
and the other important people around me. Another source is from my teachers and
books through the education I received.

QUES3: As a student which values already you possess? How did you learn about
those values?
ANS: As a student, I already put this the values of trust and honesty and I believe
that search values have nothing to do with the age group but these are general
values which everyone should imbibe in them. I got these values from my parents
and teachers and the true friends around me.
QUES4: As a student which values you will like to imbibe immediately?
ANS: The values which I want to imbibe immediately as a student are financial
freedom and status because by doing so I will lighten the burden on my parents and
I will be a lot clearer about what I have to do in my life and I will be able to
discover a little more of what kind of adult I will be.

QUES5: Can you relate your chosen values to your goals which you have decided?

ANS: Yes, the goals I want to achieve are very similar to the values I wish to
embody. My goals in life are to attain financial stability and be a good and honest
person, and have a respect in the society. And all my values like truth and money
revolve around it.
