PHILIPPINE’S ANTI SCHOOL PROJECT ACT

(Republic Act of No.1123 of 2023)

PREAMBLE: We, the students of Camiling Colleges Incorporated class of 11 Thales

HUMSS. Imploring the aid of almighty god, In order to build an equal and disciplined
society and established a government that shall include our ideas, respect our
decision, promote students equality, conserved and develop our rights and secure a
grade that we deserve.

OPENING CLAUS:

Why do we have to implement this policy?

A lot of parents , guardians and students are complaining about the unrelated school
projects that where being given the the students. people don't complain about
this...this is a big problem especially for students who lack finances who cannot afford
to buy or give. If we would passed a law here in the Philippines

CLOSING:
MALACANANG PALACE
Manila, Philippines

We, the students of Camiling Colleges Incorporated propose a bill that a

family must only have a two children to prevent the rapid population that we
experience here in our country. Our concept of an ideal Philippines would have to be
a country that can sustain the needs of each Filipino.

Many political, social, economic, and most at all, environment problems either
stem from or are increased in magnitude by the overpopulation problem in our
country. With an exponentially increasing population, the problems created by
overpopulation grow correspondingly. Once Philippines Two Child Policy is
implemented, these problems will, in no doubt, decrease in magnitude.

We hope you would consider our proposal to make our country free from
overpopulation and to be a better country which can offer comfortable living among
humanity.

Rodrigo Roa Duterte
