We want to provide a beacon of hope for an impoverished community that is lacking good
restaurants at an affordable price.

Only competition is a some fast food restaurants that are 1 to 2 miles away.

To provide good food at an area that is lacking a place to get some good food at an
affordable price.

The neighbors that live on the east side of Detroit. The factory workers that want a to
eat launch and the people of metro Detroit in general.

We don’t have any yet but it will be a website with the menu that people can order from
there.

Over 20 years between the USA and in Greece.

13. Provide a short biography leading up to the point you started the company.
Our family moved to Detroit in 1968 and have worked in the auto and restaurant industry
ever since. Where the restaurant is to be built our family has owned a auto mechanic shop
since 1983. The area is on a come up after many decades of neglect. Thus we came up with
the idea to build a restaurant to unite the community with good food and joy.

15. How much are you selling your product for?


Well the burgers will be around 8.99, the wings will be around 1.20 per wing, the pizzas
we will use our own invented double decker pizza box to offer two pizzas and one pop
for 19.99. We are hoping that this will be best seller at the factory workers that would
want the get something good, quick and cheap.

16. What is the amount of revenue you expect to generate in the first year of operation?
We expect to make roughly $3.1 million in the first year the $1.6 million being expenses and
$1.5 million being profit in the first year.

17. Is this a home based business? If no how much is the rent you pay for your office structure?
No, it would need to be built at our land that we own in Detroit.
18. How much are you asking from your investor?
$500,000

19. What are the costs of the monthly expenses you expect to incur? Please list them along
with the cost.
Monthly expenses: Personal 10 people, and the food cost will be the biggest monthly
expenses. Then we have Insurance,

Just a mortgage on the house of about 80K, we own the mechanic shop and the property
that its on.

21. When and what are the steps, you plan to take to make your business a success?

As soon as we receive the funds we will have our contractor begin to get the building
license and start building the restaurant. Once it gets built in the following 6 months to
build. It will be 1400 sq feet.

8. Milestone – A USEFUL TOOL


This is where a business plan becomes a real plan, with measurable activities, instead of
just a document.

Our Milestone will be in terms of revenue hitting 100,000

In terms of sales growth seeing 5-10%the first 6 months to a year month over month
growth.

In terms of cliental loyalty getting enough popular to make it on the local news.

Include as many specific programs as possible. For each program, give it a name, a person
responsible, a milestone date, and a budget.

One our program will be “Helping The Workers of Detroit” that means if you work in the
city of Detroit you get 10% discount on certain days to give back to the community.

We also would like to give out some free food in our soft opening before our grand
opening to allow the community to try samples of our menu without any cost to them.

When our social media platforms reach 1,000 and 10,000 followers Othonas
Economopoulos will be responsible for that. Hoping to reach that within a year.

Our overall objective is to build a restaurant with family values that can reunite a broken
community. The lack of competition in the area and with it being an upcoming area after
decades of neglect it’s the perfect time to start the restaurant All In One we can get
grandfathered in. This will allow our company to be successful if we establish our customer
base before any other restaurants start in the area. In addition us owning our land and
having a business these for over 40 years we have built a bond with the community as a
reliable and trustworthy family.
