1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The scarce availability of mini ICT shops to offer ICT services such as printing,
photocopying, lamination, scanning and other similar ICT services around the the
highly developed and busy Maitama area of Abuja prompted the birth of
GreenTree Technologies.

1.1 Mission Statement

GreenTree Technologies strives to provide high quality printing, scanning,


lamination of documents, graphics design, online applications, software
installation, office/home IT equipment supply, statistical consulting, research
design/assistance and all-round quality ICT solutions to individuals and
organizations at affordable rates.

1.2 Vision Statement

Our vision is to be the best and most reliable ICT solutions and to expand into a
World-class printing press and a sought-after supplier of ICT gadgets.

1.3 Company and Management

GreenTree Technologies was established in 2020. The business is registered with


the Coperate Affairs Commission of Nigeria and located at 50 Aguyi Ironsi street,
Maitama, Abuja. It is owned solely by a seasoned ICT expert Mr. Agera Tersugh
Mathew who has a B.Sc. in Computer science/Statistics.

At the moment the ICT business center boasts of two highly experienced staff who
ensures the day-to-day running of the business.

1.4 Services

Our services include but not limited to typesetting, printing, photocopying,


lamination, scanning, online applications, software installation, office/home IT
equipment supply, statistical consulting, research design/assistance and other
similar works.

1.5 Market Analysis

Maitama is home to many bigshots in Nigeria, including the political class and
high-profile business men and women and other high class citizens. This busy area
of the city is occupied by nearly 100% the learned class who have document that
requires photocopying, scanning, printing, etc which falls within the range of
services offered by GreenTree Technologies.

1.6 Competitive Advantage

Currently, there are other ICT outlets within Maitama. However, the strength of
GreenTree Technologies resides in the quality of our customer service; keeping the
confidentiality of customer's documents, quality and timely delivery of works. This
is attributed to the disciplined nature of our staff, availability of high quality
operational equipment/gadgets and staff expertise on the job.

1.7 Financial Projections

Based on the feasibility study, the size of the market and our well defined service
area, we estimated that GreenTree Technologies will generate N375,457 in
revenue in the first year with annual growth rate of 11.2%
