DECLARATION CUM UNDERTAKING

I, a seller registered on www.jiomart.com, (“Website”) and the mobile application, (“Jiomart


App”) that is managed and operated by Reliance Retail Limited (collectively, “Platform”),
hereby represent, warrant, covenant and undertake that I have obtained and shall continue to
maintain in force all licences, permissions, authorisations and permits needed to list and sell food
products/products for consumption (collectively “Products”) on the Platform under all applicable
laws, including, the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the Rules and Regulations made
thereunder. I also acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms & conditions of use of Jiomart’s
seller platform.

I further represent and warrant that:

(i) I have furnished the correct FSSAI license number as granted to me by Food Safety and
Standards Authority of India (“FSSAI License”) and the same is indicated on the
Platform.
(ii) I will ensure that my FSSAI is valid at all times and renew the same before it’s expiry.
(iii) I shall submit legible and clear pictures of the Products listed by me for reference of
customers on the Platform.
(iv) Any food article delivered to the consumer by me or on my behalf shall have shelf life
of at least 30 percent or 45 days before expiry at the time of delivery to the consumer,
or as per amended under applicable laws from time to time.
(v) I agree to remove any Product that is found to contain any misleading information/false
claims/ misleading images with respect to the Products made available by me.
(vi) I shall ensure that every package of food listed and sold by me shall carry all the
relevant mandatory information on the label, as per applicable laws and specifically the
Food Safety and Standards (Packaging and Labelling) Regulation, 2011, including but
not limited to the following:
(a) The Name of Food.
(b) List of Ingredients.
(c) Nutritional information.
(d) Declaration regarding Veg or Non veg.
(e) Declaration regarding Food Additives.
(f) Declaration regarding allergens.
(g) Name and complete address of the manufacturer with FSSAI license number as
applicable.
(h) the package of food shall carry the name and complete address of the importer in
India where an article of food is imported into India.
(i) Net quantity.
(j) Lot/Code/Batch identification.
(k) Date of manufacture or packing.
(l) Best Before and Use by Date.
(m) Country of origin for imported food.
(n) Instructions for use.
(o) Customer support details.
(p) Retail sale price.
In case, it is brought to my knowledge, or I am intimated that a certain Product does not conform
to the standards laid down by the relevant regulations, I will immediately remove the Product
from the Platform.

I hereby undertake to notify Reliance Retail Limited immediately, in writing, upon the lapse of
the FSSAI License and/or in case of receipt of any order, demand, warrant or document or any
regulatory action with respect to the FSSAI License.

I acknowledge and agree that Reliance Retail Limited shall be permitted to assign or otherwise
furnish this declaration to any authority or person.
