A study to assess the effectiveness of Oral Hygiene among the patients with PEG tube in Medical
Surgical wards around Hospitals in Rajkot.

Objectives
To Assess the level of difficulties of Oral Hygiene for the patients on PEG tube feed.
To evaluate the effectiveness of Oral Hygiene for the patients with PEG tube feeding.
To find out the association between the demographic variables of Pre and Post test level of
Oral Hygiene for the patients with PEG tube feeding around the hospitals in Rajkot.
A study to assess the effectiveness of Demonstration on using the Thickener for the patients
with swallowing difficulties among the hospitals around Rajkot.

Objectives
To Assess the level of difficulties in swallowing for the elderly patients.
To evaluate the effectiveness of Thickener for the patients with swallowing difficulties.
To find out the association between the demographic variables of Pre and Post test level of
Thickener for the patients with difficulties in swallowing the hospitals in Rajkot.
A study to assess the effectiveness of Class Teaching for the students of 1 st year Bsc Nursing on
NEWS score to diagnose the clients risk earlier.

To evaluate the effectiveness of NEWS score for the patients with critical illness.
