Through this application, Chief Secretary to Government of

Haryana is sought to be impleaded as respondent No.6 in the main petition.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through

the contents of the application, the same is allowed subject to all just

exceptions and resultantly, Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana is

ordered to be impleaded as respondent No.6 in the main petition.

The amended memo of parties filed alongwith the application is

ordered to substitute the originally filed memo of parties.

CM stands disposed of.

Main case

Notice of the petition be issued to the newly added respondent

No.6.

Ms.Shruti Jain Goyal, Sr.DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on

behalf of respondent No.6 and prays for time to file reply on behalf of

respondents No.1 and 6.
