If any item is damaged or not working properly, take a copy of this checklist and give it to your supervisor. Make notes, (ON THE COPY), in the comments section below.

A. Check the gauge (if equipped) and tag on the fire extinguisher

B. Check the condition of the guards, covers, and seat belt

C. Check the cab doors and window seals


D. Check for oil leaks, missing or loose clamps, kinked hoses, and hoses
that rub against each other
E. Check for worn or frayed electrical wires and loose or corroded
connections
F. Check for bent, broken, loose, or missing parts
G. Check the air pressure and condition of the tires
H. Check the fuel level
I. Check the coolant level and hoses
J. Check the hydraulic reservoir oil level
K. Check the engine oil level
L. Check that the display monitor works properly
M. Check the function of the steering system
N. Check for the correct park brake operation
O. Check the turn signals and front, rear, brake, and hazard lights
P. Check the horn and reverse warning alarm
Q. Check the front and rear wiper and washer circuit
R. Check the condition of the pedals
S. Check the service brakes
