ACTIVITY DESIGN AND PROPOSAL

I- Rationale:

It is stated in the Presidential Proclamation No. 242 which declares that


September 5 to October 5 of every year as National Teacher’s Month, as well as Republic
Act No. 19743 entitled An Act Declaring the Fifth Day of Every Year as National Teacher’s
Day and its implementing Rules and Regulations, and the designation of the World
Teacher’s Day every 5th of October by the United National and Cultural Organizations
(UNESCO).

II- Objectives:
The activity aims to:

a. To celebrate National Teachers’ Month/ World Teachers’ Day Culmination with this
year’s theme “Together4Teachers”.

III- Methodology:
To attain the objectives, the following are to be realized:

1. join the activities designed for the National World Teachers’ Day;
2. participate to the program of activities;

IV- Date/Venue/Participants:
Venue : Kapatagan National High School Gymnasium
Date/s : October 6, 2023
Participants : Teaching and Non-teaching Staff

Cupcakes (Non-advisory) 150.00 x 7 teachers = P 1,050.00
