cleaning, drying, adjusting and lubricating electrical
apparatus and equipment.

Management – the creative problem solving process of


planning, organizing, leading and controlling.

Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) – a national


government agency mandated to enforce the laws
regulating the various professions in the country.

Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) – a collegial body who


regulates the practice of electrical engineering under the
general supervision and administrative control of the
Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC)

Repair – the task of re-doing a defective equipment, tools and


facilities back into its usability.
Supervision or taking charge – the task of leading and
directing a group of person to accomplish specific goal.

Utility Company – A distribution utility engaged in the


distribution of electrical energy directly to electric
consumers or end-user.

Testing and Commissioning - a process of ensuring that


the electrical installation are safe and meets the design
requirements.

plans and specifications.

5. LotOwner
6. Building Official
