A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OPENING OF BANK ACCOUNT OF THE


SOCIETY OF YOUNG AGRICULTURIST (CSU-SoYA) AT THE CARAGA STATE
UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL MULTI-PURPOSE
COOPERATIVE (CARSUADMCO).

WHEREAS, the CSU - Society of Young Agriculturists shall present a resolution to the
CarSUAdMCo Manager, for opening of bank account for the Academic Year 2021-
2022.

WHEREAS, the signatories of the passbook are the following:

a. President
b. Treasurer
c. Adviser

WHEREAS, JOHN POL S. MAGLASANG is the CSU-SoYA President and the head of the
Committee on Finance;

WHEREAS, EDWARD VISITACION is the CSU-SoYA Treasurer;

WHEREAS, VINCE ROBERT R. CARILLO is the CSU-SoYA Adviser;

WHEREAS, EDWARD VISITACION, the treasurer will be the keeper of the passbook.
RESOLVED, THE CSU-SoYA OFFICERS, AS MOVED AND SECONDED,
APPROVES THE OPENING OF BANK ACCOUNT OF THE CSU –
SOCIETY OF YOUNG AGRICULTURIST AT THE CARAGA STATE
UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL MULTI-PURPOSE
COOPERATIVE (CARSUADMCO).
