TERMS AND CONDITION:

1.Mileage of Rental Vehicle is at the time of this commencement of this Car


Rental Agreement. Mileage on the vehicle will be limited as 150 km per day. Any mileage on the
vehicle excess of this limitation will be subject to a surcharge of 50 PHP per kilometer.

2.Client has stated that he/she is a licensed driver.

3.If the return time exceeded on the date of return, client will be charge 250 PHP per Hour.

4.Extending the Rented car without Advice whatsoever, the owner shall have the right to report
the vehicle MISSING to the Philippine National Anti-Carnapping Group.

5.All damages of the Car during Rental of Car Duration, Client is Obliged to Pay for the of the
repairing Damages.

6.In case of Car Repair due to Damages, every day's income of unit should be shouldered by the
client and pay for the whole day/time duration of Repairing.

7. There will be NO SMOKING policy inside the car, Penalty of 500 PHP.

8.Client should return the Vehicle with the same fuel level which is recorded in the contract; if
client fail to return the Fuel level, client will be charge to fulfill the level of Fuel Loss.

8.In case of car accident; the owner of rented vehicle is not liable to pay for any Hospital
Medication of the Client.

10.As the unit released from the Office and Returned immediately for some reason, 0% of the
Payment will be Refunded.

11. Valid ID should be presented and temporarily surrender in the Office.


12. Client will Provide Gasoline and Car Wash (150PHP) for the Service Hired.

13.If the client decided not to continue the period of motorbike/Car rental, Seventy (70%)
percent of the total amount of the remaining days will be forfeited.

14.It is a local and national law that all riders and ONE (1) back riders must wear and approaved
helmet and client agrees to shoulder all costs and legal obligations related not wearing helmet
and traffic violations.

15.An amount of Three Thousand Pesos (P3000.00) as a refundable deposit shall paid to the
company together with the total rental amount of motorbike.
