This document provides instructions for completing an Enemy Prisoner of War Casualty Form. The form is used to report prisoner casualties such as death, admission, discharge, transfer, escape, recapture, release, or repatriation. It must be submitted in duplicate to Field Records within 48 hours of the casualty. Casualties should be divided under separate headings by type. "Nil" returns are not required.
