EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
1. That the EMPLOYEE’s status is that of a Regular Employee with the designation of TRIMMING CREW
effective as of MARCH 14, 2022.
2. For and in consideration of the services you will render, you will be entitled to compensation at the daily rate
of FOUR HUNDRED FOUR PESOS (Php 404.00) plus Overtime pay and Holiday pay if needed. Subject to any
deductions that the Employer is authorized or required by law to make including but not limited to
withholding tax, SSS premiums, Philhealth contributions, Pag-Ibig Fund contribution and the likes.
3. That the time of work shall commence from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and such additional hours as needed for the
completion of a certain work subject to overtime. Refer to ANNEX B, “Schedule of Days/Hours of Work”.
4. That the EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to those statutory benefits that you are entitled to under relevant
Philippine labor laws and regulation.
5. That the EMPLOYER as INDEPENDENT PROJECT CONTRACTOR contracts services, works, tasks or project with
principals and other persons or entities and as such engages the services of individual or workers necessary
and desirable for the duration and completion of the project;
6. The scope of your duties and responsibilities are outlined in ANNEX A, attached hereto as “Scope of
Responsibilities’, and made an integral part of this Employment Contract. It is hereby understood that the
Company has the sole prerogative to include other responsibilities to your position other than those listed in
ANNEX A.
7. That the EMPLOYER reserves the right to terminate the services of the EMPLOYEE for any just or authorized
causes as may be provided for in the Labor Code: pre-termination by the principals of contracts duly entered
into between the EMPLOYERS; or for any other causes beyond the control of the later;

8. That the EMPLOYER shall exercise his rights to assign, reassign, transfer, change or alter work schedule and
shifts of the EMPLOYEE as the needs of the project requires and in all other emergency cases;
9. That the EMPLOYEE hereby agrees to comply with all the reasonable policies, rules, and regulations of the
EMPLOYER and ensure full compliance with the contract until sooner terminated or revoked by the parties or
as may be provided in the contract;
10. That the EMPLOYEE may exercise his/her right to pre-terminate this contract provided notice to the
EMPLOYER shall be given which should not be less than one (1) month prior to its affectivity;
11. That the EMPLOYEE agrees to a NON-COMPETITION CLAUSE, whereby the employee is prevented to work
for a competitor for a period of two (2) years from the date the employee is separated from the company,
AND in the event that he violates this provision he shall be made to pay damages amounting to PHP
200,000.00.
CONFROME:
The above terms and conditions of this contract has been translated to me in a dialect which I understood
and hereby accepts such employment conditions, I, further acknowledge that I voluntarily and freely accepted my
appointment in JODAN ELECTRICAL SERVICES, my employer.

(ANNEX A)
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Safety Officer
- Is to act as the employer’s principal assistant and consultant in the application of programs to remove
the hazards from the workplace and to correct unsafe work practices.
- Submit to the employer a report pertaining to safety activities, including all the recommendations made.
- Act as an advisory capacity on all matters pertaining to health and safety for guidance of the employer
and the workers.
- Conduct investigation of accidents, and submit reports and analysis of accident to the employer.
- Conduct health and safety training and inspection to employees.
D. Technical Representative
- A company representative who caters the processing of work orders from receiving until billing.
E. Gang Foreman
- Leads the group during implementation of work orders. He sees to it that standard construction and
safety protocol will be complied.
- He will conduct site assessment in order to identify properly the instruction of its work order, plan the
work to apply, identify tools and equipment to use and the work duration.
- Records all received and recover electrical line construction materials and equipments.
F. Gang Lineman
- To undertake specifically the following works:
Perform hole digging works as per standard depth.
Erect different sizes of electrical pole, climb a pole to perform his line works.
Install pole grounding and all line construction accessories.
Install new conductors for both primary and secondary lines.
Perform conductor tying on de-energized or energized low voltage and high voltage lines.
Perform tapping, splicing and jointing of wires, its either a “Dead or Live” wires.
Install power transformer and connection either pole or pad mounted.
Perform the installation of electrical safety cover equipments.
He will close and open fuse cut-outs, disconnecting switch on feeder lines.
Knowledgeable in proper grounding and jumpering on de-energized conductor while working on
dead lines.
Is to install, repair, and maintain distribution lines or any electrical facilities.

G. Trimmer
- To clean and maintain the lines by trimming excess parts of trees and plants according to the standard
distance instructed by the Principal Company.
I. Office Clerks
- Responsible for importing pictures from the camera’s submitted by the foremen.
- Arranging pictures according to Work Orders to be submitted to VECO.
- Inputs reports done by Thermal Scanner Operators.
- Makes a Monthly Report on work orders accomplished by Line Construction gang.
- Responsible for staking recoverable and used materials.
- Makes a labor activity for the estimated cost.
- Regularly update Company’s Work Order Monitoring.
- Arrange / Check accomplished work orders before submission.
J. Material Expediter
- Withdraws materials as per work orders requested by the clients before its implementation.
- Ensures that the materials withdrawn are in accordance with the material listing on the work orders.

- The EMPLOYER shall exercise his rights to assign, reassign, transfer, change or alter work schedule and
shifts of the EMPLOYEE as the needs of the project requires and in all other emergency cases;
- Any activities done in excess of the regular hours of an employee (8 hours) is subject to Overtime.
