INTRODUCTION

Millennials are always curious about new things. They want to experience

different things that are opposed to what they already knew, that’s why to come up to

the idea to serve them Coffee Jelly and Pancake. The product is made of coffee,

creamer, sugar and jelly and the pancake is made of flour that may contain eggs,

powdered milk and butter, sugar, vanilla, and baking soda, and cooked on a hot

surface such as a griddle or frying pan. The product which is Coffee Jelly and Pancake

is very affordable and it is tasty that it will be worth the customer’s money. To start our

business, we plan to divide capital into six, and start of producing small batches at first

to introduce it to people. Since the product is not well known yet so we plan to introduce

it to people we know or acquaintances at first.

The business is a partnership type for we will divide the financing and

management into six. We plan to equally divide the management among us. And also,

the profit that we will earn will divided among us. Our business aims to satisfy the

needs of our customers for delicious food and provide them a nutritional treat for such

an affordable price.

Our team will channel a friendly and pleasant atmosphere in every customer

we will interact and productive environment in which our group can work happily. We

will sincerely value each of our customers. Our customers are the students, faculty

teachers and staff, we seek far and responsible profit, enough to keep the team

financially healthy for the long term and to fairly compensate the future investors for

their investments and risk. This business is owned by the partnership of Jham Mejia,

Anthonette Jakosalem, Princess Zapanta, Dimple Arabis, Jam Alicabo, and Rhea jean

Hilot. We have a share capital amounting to PHP400.00 that we divided to buy

equipment’s, materials and ingredients for the production. The key to success for
Coffee Jelly Product will be repeat business and the right food with a right price. This

business plan describes a profitable business and a competitive team with good

growth prospects.

meal. The combo will be made with high-quality ingredients, including fresh coffee,

whole milk, sugar and jelly and the pancake is made of flour that may contain eggs,

powdered milk and butter, sugar, vanilla, and baking soda, and eggs. The pancakes

will be fluffy and delicious, and the coffee jelly will be rich and flavorful. The combo will

be served in a convenient container that can be easily eaten on the go or at home.

This business will offer coffee jelly and pancake combo to students and

teachers inside the SPC school campus without a store/stall. The team will manually

offer their products to customers by walking around the campus.

the proposed product. The menu is called the Triple C, which stands for:

As for the product, we have “CoffeeCake Combo” which is a delicious and

satisfying treat that combines the best of two worlds: coffee jelly and pancakes. Our

our signature coffee jelly in a bottle. The coffee jelly is made with real coffee and high-

The market that companies will sell in is within the southern de Oro Philippine

College Institution because there is no proper canteen inside the campus and it’s hard

to forcing others students and teachers to go outside the campus to buy food.

Additionally, there’s an advantages of selling the goods and services inside the

campus because mostly of the students are adults that fed up with food they want the

unique one and also our company sells a good and services in the market who is afford

by the students and teachers inside the campus, unlike the food prices outside the

school campus are a quite too expensive compared to our company's products; and

also according to the students' schedules, they only have 15 minutes to break, so with

the help of our company that selling inside the school campus, the student doesn’t

takes time to buy and they will not waste their time in purchasing because we provide

fast service, our products are delicious and the students will be really satisfied.

Moreover, selling within the school is profitable.


4.2 Primary Target Market

We chose to target SPC students and teachers for our business because they

have a direct connection to SPC, making it easier for them to relate to our products.

Being in close proximity to our business location allows us to reach them more

effectively with our marketing efforts. Their influence within the SPC community is

valuable, as positive experiences and recommendations can spread quickly.

Additionally, students are frequent visitors to establishments, and teachers can

become regular customers, providing opportunities for repeat business.

With new students and teachers joining SPC regularly, there is potential for

continuous growth in our customer base. Overall, focusing on the SPC student and

teacher market allows us to build a loyal customer base within our immediate

community and establish strong relationships with them

4.3 Market Size

The BlendMaster food house has a second floor, and our food house can

accommodate 30 people on the first floor because it has 10 tables that seat three

people, and 30 people on the second floor because it has two long tables that seat six

people and six small tables that seat three people. When we open a food house at 10

a.m. to 4 p.m., and our target customers are students and teachers. Our food house

is full and reaches 50 people per day, which is very good for our business because we

earn a lot, and our products are guaranteed to be delicious and affordable for our

target customers.

4.4 Mode of Payment

Our small business is conducted within the school, and the students and

teachers pocket money will be used as their payment for easy change. Since we are
in the electronic generation, we also allowed students and teachers to use their Gcash

for easy transactions if they didn’t have extra money to buy our services. Therefore,

the company decided to use an online transaction or cash as a mode of payment to

avoid an account receivable.

4.5 Marketing Strategy

Our marketing strategy focuses on using social media to reach our target

market. We will create videos that show how we make and serve our CoffeeCake

Combo Snacks and Combo Meals. These videos will look professional and be fun to

watch. We will post them on social media sites that SPC students and teachers use.

To make sure our videos are seen by the right people, we will use hashtags

and tags that are popular among SPC students and teachers. We might also work with

popular SPC students or groups to help promote our products. We will offer special

discounts or promotions just for SPC students and teachers to encourage them to try

our Combo Snacks and Combo Meals.

Southern de Oro Philippine College on Julio Pacana Street. It's a two-story building,

with the ground floor housing our big kitchen where our talented chefs whip up

delicious meals. As you step inside, you'll see a spacious area on the ground floor with

ten tables, each offering seating for three. This means that there's enough space for

you and your friends or family to enjoy a comfortable meal together. If you make your

way up to the second floor, you'll discover an even bigger space that's perfect for larger

gatherings. There are two long tables that can accommodate up to nine people each,

making it a great choice for celebrations or get-togethers. Additionally, on this floor,

there are four more tables, each with three chairs, giving you more seating options.

We take great pride in providing not just delicious food, but also a welcoming

and inviting environment for all our guests. Whether you're looking for a cozy meal or

a place to celebrate special occasions, our food house is the perfect spot. Come and

celebrations. Additionally, we have four additional tables, each equipped with three

seats, providing a cozy and charming alternative for smaller groups seeking a relaxed

atmosphere.

Combining the seating options on both floors, our Blend Master food house has a

total seating capacity of 60 customers, ensuring there is ample space for all to enjoy

our delectable cuisine. We take great pride in being able to accommodate larger

parties, while still offering cozy options for intimate groups. Ground Floor:

Operational Activity

The business owners decided to start operating at around 10:00 a.m. as we

prioritize customers' convenience and accessibility. By starting as early as 10:00

a.m., we can cater to individuals who prefer to eat snacks during their recess time.

However, we also agreed that the closing time of the business should be 5:00 p.m.–

6:00 p.m., considering the availability of our potential customers, such as students

and working professionals. This allows them to have adequate time to explore our

product and make an informed decision. We also provided enough time for the

lunch break of the employees from 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. Lastly, we excluded weekends

from our operating schedule because it would be the day off for the employees.

Having a day off on weekends for employees in a company is important as

it promotes work-life balance and allows employees to spend quality time with

family and engage in personal activities. This practice enhances employee well-

being, reduces burnout, and fosters a positive work environment, ultimately

contributing to higher job satisfaction and productivity in sales.
