Instructions for candidates

MANDATORY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please download the COVID-19 Self Declaration form from


https://www.nseindia.com/COVID-19_Self_Declaration_Form.pdf and carry the duly signed
form with you at the time of the test. You shall not be allowed for the test in the absence of the
self declaration form.
2. Face mask is mandatory without which candidate will not be allowed to attend the test.
3. Thermal screening of the candidates shall be done at the test center. Candidate who fails to
clear thermal screening will not be allowed to take the test.
4. Candidates are requested to co-operate and abide with the instructions of the Security
Personnel / Test Administrator.

Please print this hall ticket and carry it with you while attending the test.

Candidates who reach the test centre after 30 minutes from their scheduled test time would not
be allowed to take the test

Please Carry any one of the Original Photo-Id proofs while going to the Test Centre without
which you will not be allowed to attend the Exam.

* In case, the candidate is producing an E-Aadhar copy as Identity proof then, he/she may be
required to download the E-Aadhar (pdf document) from the UIDAI website in the presence of
the invigilator for further verification.

Kindly reach the Test Center atleast 15 minutes prior to the scheduled test time.

Please note that Mobile Phones are strictly not allowed inside the test room.
