Law Generic Elective (Open Elective) Course:

LGE 0509 Intellectual Property Rights:


This course is designed with the objective to acquaint the students with the basic understanding
of intellectual properties and the laws created for their protection. It will also discuss the impact
of international instruments on intellectual properties on our domestic laws and aims at
sensitizing the students about the current legal issues in the field of intellectual property at
national level.
