Assembly Instructions:

Parts:
1x Brace Beam
1x Backrest
1x Front Leg
2x Side Supports
2x Back Leg
2x Seats
12x 6mm Dowels

Tools:
Clamps
Rubber Mallet

Standard Steps:
1. Back Legs and Side Supports - S/A
2. Beam - S/O
3. Backrest - S/O
4. Front Legs - S/O
5. Seats - S/O
6. Legs/Frame- O
7. Assemble
8. Check

1. With 240 grit sand the edges of the back legs, all the way round then the faces. Wipe off dust. Do the same with
the side supports. Add Dowel to the legs, then spread an even layer of glue on the part of the side supports with the
dowels. Using the rubber mallet, join the legs to the side supports, use clamps to close gap, place to one side to dry.

2. With 240 grit sand the edges of the beam, then the faces. Make sure you sand each end smoothly. Oil in the same
order. Wipe off any excess oil and put to one side.

3. Same as step 2.

4. Same as step 2.

5. Same as step 2.

6. Oil the edges and faces of the joined frames but avoid getting oil on the areas that need to be glued to the front
legs, seats and backrest.
7. On a clean workbench, spread an even layer of glue to the rims of all pockets on the front legs, seats and backrest.
Using the rubber mallet: Add the brace beam across the two frames. Add the front legs to the frame. Add the seat
panels to the frame. Add the backrest to the frame.

8. On the workbench check for balance and stability.

5. Seats - S/O 5-8 min

8. Check 1 min
Total: 36-53 min
