Hydraulic system
Inspect all hydraulic hoses for rubbing/leaks or damage
Inspect around pump area for leaks or loose bolts
Inspect hydaulic tank mounts for cracks
Inspect all cylinder pivots and bearings for any visible damages
Chassis
Inspect chassis rails for cracks/damage
Inspect around all areas of chassis for damage/cracks
Inspect all handrails for cracks and damage.
Inspect around fuel tank mounts for cracks/damage.
Inspect steps and ladders for damage.
Inspect body up safety ROPS for condition and mounting.
Inspect loader chassis & front axle mounts
Inspect rear chassis & rear axle mounts
Inspect loader arm & bucket stops
Carry out bucket wear plates inspections as per attached bucket picture
Inspect bucket adaptors and locking pins for wear
Inspect counterweight mounts
Lubrication & Service Items
Take SOS Sample of Engine Oil
Take SOS Sample of Differential and Final Oil
Take SOS Sample of Hydraulic system oil (Imp & Braking)
Take SOS Sample of Hydraulic system oil (Steering & Hydraulic Fan)
Take SOS Sample of Transmission Oil
Take SOS Sample of Cooling System Coolant
Drain/ refill engine oil.
Change Engine Oil Filter
Inspect all pivot points are receiving grease.
Clean fuel suction screen
Change Primary Fuel Filter
Change Secondary Fuel Filter
Change Hydraulic System (Impl & Braking) Oil Filter
Change Hydraulic System (Steering & Hyd Fan) Oil Filter
Drain/refil Transmission Oil
Change Transmission Oil Filter
Fill grease tank with grease
Inspect auto-lube operation and grease level
Inspect lubrication on front drive shaft support bearing
Inspect lubrication on front drive shaft slip join
Inspect lubrication on front and rear drive shaft universal joint
Lubricate steering cylinder bearings
Lubricate articulation bearings
Inspect lubrication on rear axle oscillation bearings
Inspect lubrication on bucket tilt linkage bearings
Inspect lubrication on tilt cylinder bearings
Inspect lubrication on lift arm bearings
Lubricate bucket pins
Inspect lubrication on lift cylinder bearings
Blow out outer air cleaner elements (replace if necessary)
Empty dust bowls at base of air pre-cleaners
Check oil levels in final drives. Show magnetic plug to s/visor.
Lubricate Drive Shaft Spline (Center)
Check oil level in front hubs. Show magnetic plugs to s/visor.
Check hydraulic/brake tank oil level.
Check differential oil level.
Check steering tank oil level.
Check coolant level.
Drain moisture from air tanks - main and emergency.
Fill washer bottle tank with clean water.
Drain water & sediment from fuel tank
Blow out cab air cleaners - in cab and outer.
Running Checks
Recheck eng, trans, hyd and steering oil levels with truck started.
Stop engine.
Inspect top of transmission, T/C etc for damage/leaks
Inspect under body and around pivot mounts
Inspect body rubber pads are not damaged and even contact.
Inspect around top of pump drive .
Inspect all hoses and wiring for rubbing.
Check operation of park brake.
Check operation of foot brake.
Air conditioner is working ok.
Steering operation is ok.
Check emergency steering system is working correctly.
Check operation of Traction control system.
Carry out stall test - RPM______________
Finish
Service sheet filled in fully and signed off.
Remove wheel chocks
Remove all danger tags - each person must remove their own
Wash/clean off any spilt oil
Park on GO line and notify operations
Clean up work area
