Directions:

• Please fill out the time planning chart according to your schedule.
• Each day of the week must have every time slot in their days filled out.
• This includes writing in the times you are in class, sleeping, eating, etc.
• You must answer the questions on Page 2 in 1-2 complete sentences.

• There is an example of a week’s worth of activities scheduled filled out on page 3.
