A. ONGOING PROJECTS (2023)

1. Port to port program for deportation To aid and provide medical services for for fellow Filipinos returning from Malaysia 2. Construction of the Zamboanga Quarantine station To enhance and expand the services provided by the BOQ zamboanga station 3 Hajj Vaccination Program Provide Vaccination for our pilgrims going to saudi arabia thru the assistance of NCMF who provides the vaccines. 4 Conduct ACLS and BLS Training To capacitate ZQS staffs in order to perform their respective roles efficiently and to learn the concepts of Basic First Aid. 5 Conduct inter agency meeting for post evaluation of To gather information from the repatriation process different agencies involved in the repatriation process and to have a sustainable plan to put an end or lower the cases of deportation. 6 Meeting with Usec. Abdullah Dumama To lay out the updates on the port to port program and to discuss future programs for our fellow filipinos returning from malaysia 7 Meeting with Asec. Charade Grande-Mercado To update her on the deportation process which is a unique job function of ZQS and also conduct inter agency meetings to have a sustainable plan for the repatriation program together with other agencies involved and under her guidance. B. PROPOSED PROJECTS (2024-2028)

1. Upgrading and enhancing the laboratory services With the completion of Zamboanga Quarantine station in 2024, the station aims to upgrade ZQS lab to provide efficient service and accurate lab results for our clients. 2. Follow up Inter-agency meetings for post evaluation To gather data from different of the repatriation process agencies in the repatriation process thru SWOT analysis and Strategic Planning and also to involve other agencies like NHA and DOLE to achieve a sustainable plan for repatriation of our fellow filipinos from malaysia. 3 To let BOQ purchase and administer vaccines to hajj In-order to have a smooth pilgrims flow and systematic process of vaccination for our pilgrims going to KSA. 4 Conduct SOLAS training To prepare / capacitate ZQS staff with basic information and training on survival on high seas which is needed as part of boarding / vessel inspection. 5 Purchase of lot and construction of Tawi-Tawi- To increase our presence at Substation the southern border of the Philippines and to expand the services of BOQ to our clients in Tawi-Tawi and nearby regions . 6 Regularize J.O / COS personnel and addition of staffs To capacitate our staffs with different training in their respective divisions and also enhance the services we provide at ZQS with the opening of Zamboanga Quarantine station facility in 2024 Submitted by:
