J26:主板电源和墨泵电源输入,1 脚 24V+输入,2 脚主板 GND 输入,3 脚墨泵 GND 输入,4 脚墨

J26: main board power input and ink pump power input, Pin 1 ---24V+ input, Pin
2---main board GND input, Pin 3---ink pump GND input, Pin 4---ink pump 24+input
J34:X 电机输入. X Motor input
J21:Y 电机输入. Y motor input
J36:蠕动泵接口. Ink pump connector
J57:X 轴原点感应器输入端口. X axle original point sensor input end
J12:墨栈感应器输入. Capping sensor input
J13:刮片感应器输入. Wiper sensor input
J5:材料感应器输入.Media sensor input
J56:防撞感应器输入.Anti-collision sensor input
J46:墨栈外接驱动器接口.Capping connect driver connector
J43:刮片外接驱动器接口. Wiper connect driver connector
U9:光纤接口,与光纤转接板 U9 连接 Optic connector, connect with optic board
J3(核心板):USB 接口,注意连接 USB3.0 接口. J3 (core board): USB connector, note to
connect USB3.0 connector

J17:24V 电源输入.Power supply input


J2-J5:LVDS 输出,与各头版相连,J2 接一号喷车板,J3 接二号喷车板,J4 接三号喷车板,J5 接
四号喷车板.
J2-J5: LVDS output connect with each carriage board. J2 connect carriage board 1
and J3 connect carriage board 2, J4 connect carriage board 3 and J5 connect with
carriage board 4
U9:光纤接口,与主板 U9 连接. Optic connector connect with main board U9

电脑要求 Computer requirement


软件安装 software installation
专用软件主要有下面三个 Printer Manager,升级包，USB3.0 驱动。
Special software with following three Printer Manager update file and USB 3.0 driver

设置 setting
工厂设置： Factorywrite setting
工厂设置如下，先设置为颜色 4，组 4，然后在按键面板喷头关闭里面选择喷头数目，
组间距为-9，颜色间距为 3.7，X 方向回绕为 3head.
Factory write setting showing as following, please set color first, color is
4 and group is 4 then at LCD to choose the print head number , group distance is
-9 and color distance is 3.7
清洗参数 cleaning parameter
5113-S 系统装三喷头时清洗参数第四通道一定要为 0，不然会出现多刮一次墨的现象
When 5113-S system install 3PCS print head, cleaning parameter fourth channel must
be 0 or it will wiper ink more once
