B. Motivation
The teacher will show a video clip or images of humans, plants, and animals
in various situations (drinking water, eating food, building a shelters) and ask
students to discuss the basic needs being met in picture.

The teacher will discuss the concept of basic needs using real- life examples
and encourages students to share their own experiences. Teacher will uses a
visual aid ( such as a diagram or poster) to explain how living things depend
on the environment to meet their basic needs.
