3. Purposes of The Membership Fee
a. Support all the activities related in school program.
4. Deadline will be on October 15, 2018
5. Priority Project
a. Fencing – in front of the school at Mrs. Myrna Pulido’s classroom.
b. Covered Walkway
B. INDUCTION OF OFFICERS
1. Approved date is on September 7, 2018, Friday at exactly 9:00 am in the morning and the venue is in San
Martin Elementary School Multipurpose Hall.
2. Induction Officer will be our Mayor Inaki Zubiri
C. SCHOOL UNIFORM c/o Mrs Myrna Pulido
 Advantage of having a school uniform: Identity of every pupils( easily recognized)
 Disadvantage is the budget.
 Mrs. Pulido presented the suggested School Uniform Design
-Girls
Lower- sayal (checkered side plaits)
Upper- White with ribbon
-Boys
Lower- pants (navy blue)
Upper- white Polo with piping (checkered )
 School Uniform is not compulsory.(Sa Gusto lang)
 It was voted and agreed that the official color of the school uniform will be blue checkered.
D. Reading Activities
 Mrs. Balicanta the PHILIRI coordinator explained how important reading is through presenting the
result of the survey they conducted tht there are 130 pupils reader and 257 pupils are non-readers
because of that the parents are encourage to assist their children in doing reading activities.
 There were no other concerns made and the meeting was officially adjourned at 5;00 PM.
