INTRODUCTION
Madreni Consult is delighted to submit a proposal for the design of
the Nigerian Hydrographic Society website. Included in this
proposal are technologies, services, cost and project timeline.
A web site is like an office but on the web, it is the organization’s
first entrance or virtual front desk. Our goal is to give you the
professional presence that fits the Hydrographic Society’s brand.

ABOUT US
Madreni Consult is a website development agency based in Lagos,
Nigeria, with a wealth of experience in designing modern websites
for individuals, educational institutions, corporate organizations and
e-commerce vendors. Our agency would love to create a web site
for the Nigerian Hydrographic Society that is responsive, mobile
friendly, easy to navigate and manage as well as offer conference
call function integration, SEO etc. We will be happy to provide
references upon request.
We have a clear understanding of website development
requirement and we have the knowledge and experience to
successfully complete the web site project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposed web site will take place in the following phases:

Planning

In this phase the requirements of the website will be determined.


These includes number of pages, forms, colors , font, site hierarchy,
languages, tools like conference calls, graphics and other contents.

Concept Design
Concept Design

Mock-ups and wireframes will be created to reflect the general view


of the proposed web site then web development will proceed after
approval is made

Web Site Development

Web pages will be created to meet the preferences and the looks
previously approved design. The website will enable easy creation
and management of member profiles, payment of membership
dues and support text, pictures, audio and video content. The pages
will be reviewed with feedback and revision.

Web Site Review and Testing

The finished web site will be reveiwed and functionally tested.

Design Completion

Once revisions and modifiction is completed, the final result of the


website will go live on the web.

Web Site Management and Maintenance

Our team will be happy to provide web site management services


including content management and technical support.
