Position Summary
Based within the Operation Centre Quality team. The Quality Assurance Engineer will Support the Quality Engineer
Manager and provide the lead for Quality and Aerospace Regulatory matters. They will take the technical lead to drive
Zero Defects and BMS improvement in accordance with internal and external customer's requirements.
Job Duty %
• Drive improvement to Cost of Quality, defect reduction (ZD) APQP/PPAP, define and create 25%
quality KPI’s and drive metric improvement to ensure all key targets: FTY, QN’s, FAI’s, Audits, are
met.
• To Identify and lead improvement projects and investigations across the business with 25%
multifunctional teams
• To be a member of the Quality team and provide prompt feedback to the Head of QHSE relating 15%
to any quality matters

• To support internal & external audits, liaise with the 3rd party certification bodies (CAA, BSI) and
customers

• Be part of the BMS & QMS team to develop these tools across operation centre
