3. Detail Procedure

3.1. Preparation
3.1.1 Check document Technical Spesification Transformer that be installed.
3.1.2 Check name plate Transformer.
3.1.3 Check acsessories part of Transformer.
3.1.4 Check actual location installation Transformer reference by update layout drawing.
3.2 Instalation
3.2.1 Install scaffolding set at area that will installed Transformer,If provided
3.2.2 Check the foundation and mark the centerline
3.2.3 Clean the foundation bolt hole , if provided and install the foundation bolt.In case of
fixing by anchor bolts,install the anchor bolts
3.2.4 Installing the channel base / rail on the foundation.
3.2.5 Mounting the wheels, if provided.
3.2.6 Installation of Equipment on the channel base or rail secure with foundation bolt or
anchor bolt,aligment and fixing tightly by bolt,nut,plain and spring washer.

3.2.7 Mounting the acsessories like,but not limited to,cooling fin assemblies,cooling fans
including wiring to the fan control panel,cooling fan control panel,silica gel
breather,temperature and oil level indicators,bucholtz relay,wheel guard,ladder and
fixing securely.Any loose wiring shall be connected to the control panel as per drawing.

3.2.8 Remove all the packaing materials and other debris to the designated area cleaning
the area.

3.2.9 Remove all the packaing materials and other debris to the designated area cleaning
the area.
