FIRST HONOR’S ADDRESS

DONALD C. CABANCA
With Honors
SY 2021 – 2022

Our most esteemed Guest Speaker, _____________________, indefatigable Schools

Division Superintendent, Maam Josita B. Carmen, ably represented by Education
Program Supervisor, _______________________, the ever-blooming and substantial
Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Elizabeth N. Gardones, active school
administrators who are with us today, patient teachers of our Alma Mater headed by
the very understanding School Principal, Lilia A. Robuca, supportive Barangay and
PTA Officials , respected board of visitors, loving parents, friends, ladies and
gentlemen, a fine morning!

Today is our Graduation Day – we feel extremely proud! PROUD – for we have
satisfactorily completed our first step of the ladder of education – the Elementary Education.
Six years of stay in our Alma Mater is long enough for us to prepare ourselves for the next
battle. We will soon go to grade 7 – an obviously bigger and different place for us. Probably,
past graduates had a strike of confusion in their minds regarding how they are going to face
the greatest challenge of their lives, because we are actually experiencing it right now. What
will happen to us after this? Shall we reach our dreams? But these questions should just be
kept in each of my fellow graduates’ minds. We should just reserve them for they shall have
an answer when the time comes. But then, let’s make the most of our everyday life for the
things that we may accomplish will be our passport to the future. Just like the theme for this
year’s graduation – “Gradweyt ng K to 12: Masigasig sa mga Pangarap at Matatag sa
mga Pagsubok.” . Bear in mind that “Time is Gold” therefore, we should not waste it. As
we travel through our journey fellow graduates, we should always be prepared for there are
certain things that we couldn’t stop from happening. Different problems and trials may come
our way but we should always remember that the Lord Above is always with us to enlighten
our minds and to help us in making our decisions. Anything we dream of fellow graduates is
possible for the sake of our Dear Alma Mater, our parents and our loving teachers. Let’s
have determination and perseverance – wait but never run out of confidence.

Fellow graduates, everything should always start with ourselves, let’s take part in
doing solutions to every problem – especially problems of our beloved country. Let’s strive
hard to be the pillars of our nation rather than just a burden. Let’s do our share to make our
country a place worth living for and someday we’ll come back to our Dear Alma Mater and
say “We have done it well.”
To our beloved teachers, you can be sure it is not so easy to be getting away from you,
from our friends, from our classmates and schoolmates, and most especially from our
beloved alma mater, sustaining and strengthening my whole body, my mind, my heart and
my spirit. The warmth of your understanding and patience. The inspiration we have derived
from your love, care, and concern for us, and most of the many anxious moments of despair
and frustrations we might have caused you when we became mischievous, unmindful of our
duties and obligations as your pupils.

Above all, we know that by words alone, we cannot thank you enough. We feel
that we, the graduates must do something, reach for something to do honor and perpetuate
your invaluable sacrifices for our welfare.

To our dear parents, this is the right time for us to let you know that we love
you, we have always loved and that we will always love you.

Nevertheless, more than love is needed to attain our goals and realize our
dreams. I am convinced that the man who is in a peace with God can attain success. Peace
and unity among people of all nations can only be achieved when we realize that we cannot
govern ourselves successfully without God. The bible teaches us that God didn’t authorize
man to have independent path from Him, and an effort to do so will always fail.

As we have received our certificates today, we would like to express our

gratitude to our beloved Alma Mater, the development of assets and correction of
undesirable values which I consider myself, a building designed and carved into a perfect
piece of art.

To my weird and extreme classmates and schoolmates, thank you…thank you

for the love and care you have given me and for helping me how to adjust to all of you.

To God Almighty, I take pledge to live my life in His will for I know He is the
truth and in Him nothing is impossible.

Lastly, I’d like to share to you this quotation which runs thus – “What matters
most in this world is not where we stand but to what direction we are moving” . And
according to a famous writer, “ Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice.” .

Finally, fellow graduates, I would like you to remember these guiding words
which will serve as our light on our way to success, “Love yourself, love others and always
remember that God loves us. . And please don’t forget also our favorite lines on our
graduation song… “Hinubog tayo ng panahon matatag nating nakayanan mga pagsubok na
hamon”. Pandemic may had changed our education process but still we stand the challenge
and successfully won the fight. Because we are determined and decisive to reach our dreams.
Kaya natin ‘to, Kapit-kamay lang tayo! Tiwala lang! “Sabay-sabay tayong hahakbang
Tungo sa Maunlad na Kinabukasan.”

Thank you and Mabuhay tayong lahat!!!!!

exceptional Schools Division Superintendent, Maam Josita B. Carmen, ably

Today, June ____, 2022 marks a significant event in our educational life, for we
have completed the first step of our educational ladder. On this very momentous
occasion, we, the graduating class of this school year 2021 – 2022, are indeed very
eager and very happy to receive the symbols of our accomplishments, the fruit of our
sacrifices during our seven years of stay under the roof of our Alma Mater. These
years that we have stayed beneath her wings is something worthwhile to remember.
Worthwhile in the sense that it had provided us the basic knowledge and wisdom that
serve as our weapon to combat life challenges most especially in the next step of our
educational endeavor. By these that we have gained, it is therefore fitting and proper
that we pledge allegiance to her, hoping that through God’s blessings and guidance,
we will return to its folds bringing the fame and glory that she deserves.
Our beloved audience, your presence at this momentous occasion, makes our
hearts filled with gladness. We are happy to see you come and witness our Graduation
Day, a day we share with our treasured parents, relatives and friends, a day to cherish
throughout our life. All of you today will serve as our inspiration because you signify
your great concern and love to us by gracing this special occasion. Surely, we say, we
will never forget you. Thank you for your kind indulgence and may you continue to
guide and pray for us.

On behalf of my fellow graduating class 2022, we greet you all.... Welcome....

welcome....welcome... and enjoy with the rest of the ceremony. Thank you.

GRADUATION PRAYER

May I request everybody to please stand.

May we bow our heads to show our humility to our God Almighty.
In the name of the father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen…

Our dear God and Heavenly Father, our hearts are bound together this
morning because of what you did for us in the school year. All the things that you have
done to us and through us are all proofs of your unceasing love and concern together with
that of our teachers, parents and guardians who have given their untiring sacrifices,
financial, as well as their moral support – we would like to say, “ Thank you, Lord.”

The Bible says, “In, everything give thanks.” So we thank you, Lord for all the
trials that came our way. We believe, Father God, that in our journey towards life, there are
trials or tests that come, and it is up to us to endure these hardships.

We also thank you, Father God, that You made us for a reason, because you
alone have decided, when we would be born and how long we would live. You planned the
days of our lives in advance, choosing the exact time of our births and the exact time of our
deaths.

Father, we are very sorry for our weaknesses and shortcomings which we
displayed. Grant us the forgiveness of the wrong things that we have done. Help us to
attain peaceful lives and embrace us once more in your loving and caring arms.

Now, on this Graduation day, oh Lord, we acknowledge our human limitations.

Apart from you, all our efforts are in vain without your Divine Guidance and Directions.

Father, we would like therefore to ask for Your Blessings on this graduation,
that in every part, everything will be done in an orderly manner and above all, that it will
glorify Your Holy Name.

Father God, not my will, but Yours be done in the most sacred name of our
Savior Jesus Christ.
Amen.

GRADUATION SPEECH
JANN CHRISTIAN EMMANUEL B. SALAZAR – With Honors
SY 2017 – 2018

Our beloved guest of honor and speaker, the very active municipal mayor, Hon. Georgina S. Guillen, our
dynamic Schools Division Superintendent, Mrs. Vilma D. Eda, the very talented Education Program Supervisor, Dr.
Milagros Sandra G. Malvar, our enthusiastic mother of the District, Mrs. Ofe Rosal P. Acojido, our patient school
head, Mrs. Maribelle M. Gonzales, loving teachers ,Barangay and PTA Officilas, supportive parents, fellow graduates,
friends, other guests, benefactors, ladies and gentlemen, a pleasant morning!!!

Today, marks a very memorable day for us, yet to others, it may be just an ordinary one. We consider it so
because a few minutes ago, we have received our long awaited elementary certificates symbolizing our diligence in
complying with all the requirements needed for the first ladder of education, the elementary.

Now comes the time to part from our alma mater. Before we take our final bow, we remember with
fondness our precious years of stay, which were full of memories because she has shaped our formative years which
changed us from innocent little children to grown up boys and girls equipped with knowledge to pursue the
secondary level of education. We have learned some of the fundamental truths of what life is and what we are living
for. We have been taught the basics of education. Yet, these are not enough. We still have a long way to go through,
to prepare ourselves for greater work and responsibilities in a more challenging future, especially we are now on the
K to 12 Curriculum, wherein we have to stay for additional two years in high school before entering into the tertiary
level , and the theme for this year is... K to 12 learners: Ready to face Life’s Challenges or Mag-aaral sa K to 12:
Handa sa Hamon ng Buhay . This early, we have to begin preparing ourselves to obstacles, challenges and
uncertainties.

As we jubilantly celebrate the success of our memorable years of stay in our school, we are very grateful that
we have our parents, mentors and friends who are around to share our happiness. Kadakayo, naayat unay ken

GRADUATION SPEECH
– With Honors
SY 2019– 2020

Our most distinguished guest speaker, _______________________________, respected Barangay

Captain , Hon. George J. Simacon, Sr., To our Schools Division Superintendent, Mrs. Josita B. Carmen, ably
represented by the Education program Supervisor, _______________________ , our ever blooming and
intelligent District In-charge, Dr. Jay C. Dalman, supportive PTA officials, led by Mrs. Judith B. Adran,
dutiful and patient teaching staff of our beloved school, under the guidance of our dynamic Principal, Mrs.
Lilia A. Robuca, loving parents, guests, fellow graduates, friends, ladies and gentlemen, good morning and
mabuhay!!!

GRADUATION DAY marks a significant milestone in our young lives….two words that signify
sacrifices….in return to the fulfillment of one’s dream. Yes fellow graduates, graduation day is not the end
of our perception, hence it is just the beginning. This is just a stepping stone the millennium of our lives….a
ray from the light which every graduating pupil has to follow.

At these days of stress and fear when our nation seems to be leading into a diverse and fragmented
society, we as young graduates, the youths of the land must help in the gigantic task of nation building. It is
therefore our duty to see to it that we seek further to seek education on other endeavors. As graduates,
we should have a thorough understanding for the values of education so needed in search for life
undertakings. We must inculcate diligence, perseverance, honesty, patriotism, self-reliance and other
attributes in moral behavior, which are indeed a valuable factors of education. Let us bear in mind that the
values we gain from our dear Alma Mater, must be our guiding light. Let us study and learn more that can
add to our values of education. Education in school can really put a break to the moral decay of our
society. It is the best place where we can all start anew and march forward so that each one of us can
contribute, no matter how humble or trivial that our society shall neither push nor lead us into hostile
divisions. Let us become an asset and not liabilities of our families, respective communities and to our
loving country as well.

As graduates of this school, we now have the splendid opportunity to lead the way here…. Let us
join hands together to carry on for our dreams. May the value of education be instilled in our hearts and
soul forever so that someday we are proud to say to our dear Alma Mater, we have done it well.

Lastly, before we leave the portals of our Dear Elma Mater, on behalf of my fellow graduates—we
would like to thank everyone…to our loving teachers for sharing their best knowledge and wisdom, our
parents who wholeheartedly sent us to school, our Alma Mater who cared for us for the past seven years,
we shall not forget you all— you become a part and forever be a part of our lives….and most of all to our
Dear Lord up above all, for without HIM, we are nothing on this Graduation Day!

Now I say, Goodluck, good health and God Bless.

I thank you.
