DEFINITION
Benchmarking analysis is how you compare your
brand against another across a variety of
measurable metrics. Those metrics can be related
to financial intel, marketing campaigns, product
quality, production processes, etc.

is a Hungarian ultra-low-cost carrier with its head office
in Budapest, Hungary. The airline serves many cities
across Europe, It has the largest fleet of any Hungarian
airline, although it is not a flag carrier, and currently
serves 44 countries.
CONCLUSION
With a help of benchmarking analysis we have
discovered some interesting features about
the activity of 5 airlines. The worst of them is
Garuda Indonesia airlines, as it has a bad
advertisement company, less fleet, less
destinations, although the prices are high, that
is why its life cycle is decline. Four other
airlines provides different services and prices,
and all of them are quite popular among the
customers nowadays.
