Dear VEDPRAKASH KUMHAR,
Subsequent to our discussion and as agreed, we are pleased to issue offer cum appointment letter
comprising of details terms and condition of your employment with Steelman Telecom Pvt. Ltd as FIBRE
SUPERVISOR at RAJASTHAN, w.e.f 10 April 2023. Your employment as per this offer is subject to you being
medically fit.
Your Employee Id would be activated once you submit joining report to our office. You must submit all
statutory (PF & ESIC) declaration forms duly filled in to Steelman Telecom within 3 days with joining
formalities from your joining date, otherwise your name would not be reflected into payroll cycle.
You are requested to bring the following documents at the time of joining.

During the employment period, the Employee shall devote substantially all his business time (excluding
periods of vacation & other approved leaves of absence) to the performance of his duties with the company.
Under this employment term, the Employee must perform all the mentioned duties with the company. The
employee will be responsible for acquiring business interest in Global Market and acquire resources for
retaining & maintain such business interest at a profitable market price or remuneration.

3. Employment Policy: The company and its management expect a performance from you of the highest
order and would be pleased to accord you with due recognition, based on merits, not only regarding
specific performance but also in your cultivating excellent relations with our customers and staff
members and promoting the cause of the company. All increments and incentives revisions will be
based purely on
Your performance on the job and your contribution to the company. Target will be defined with mutual
consent & this remains your responsibility to work this out with top management.
1. The company reserves the right to send you on deputation/ transfer to any of its work sites, associates
or affiliate companies.
2. You will always during your employment devote your whole time and attention to the business of the
company. You will not be entitled to accept, whether directly or indirectly any other job or indulge in
business of any kind whatsoever, as long as you are in the employment of the company.
3. Even after the contract ceased to exist, the employee will not continue any business related to micro
business or of similar product. Any breach will be treated as gross violation and all payment what so
ever due will be forfeited.
4. You will be governed by the rules and regulations of the Company as may be in force or amended in
writing or verbally from time to time.
5. In case of any discrepancies found now or later, the appointment stands cancelled.
4. Dual Employment: As per our company’ policy & code of conduct, we do not allow any direct or
indirect association with any entity or establishment (commercial or Non-commercial nature) in
whatsoever capacity.
5. Relative Declaration: The Company does not promote and/or hire relatives in the Company or with any
of our client where you are being deputed. Members of a Personnel’s immediate family (defined as
parents, children, spouse, siblings, grandparents and those same relationships engendered by in-laws,
adoptions and step-families) and members of a Personnel’s household shall not be considered for
employment as a regular practice. However, such cases can be considered on case to case basis subject
to certain conditions as imposed by the Company. In case, the facts are found to be concealed, your
employment shall be liable for termination and/or such other actions as deemed fit in the Company’s
sole discretion.
6. Performance Appraisal: The management of the customer company shall have the exclusive right to
evaluate your performance at any time during the term of your employment.
7. IPRS: During the term of your employment, you will never infringe or attempt to infringe any
intellectualproprietary rights of the company or its customers. You will ensure and protect IPRs of
company, its customer’s clients. Any product, design, artwork, object, drawing, software, work
developed by you during the term of this employment shall deemed to be pertaining to the Customer
shall have the exclusive right of usage on such developments.

8. Controlling applicable laws: The contract agreement shall be constructed to be made and interpreted
in accordance with laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this contract employment agreement shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
9. Probation Period: Every resource need to complete a minimum tenure of 3 months, failing to do so
would not be considered for Full and Final Settlement. Partial Salary would be considered after
approval of Customer or Reporting Manager.
10. Notice Period:
11. During the probation period the engagement of contract can be terminated by either party, by serving
15 days written notice period to the other party conveying its intention to do so. However, in case of
being found or reported indulged in any misconduct, fraudulent activities or misappropriation of funds
or any act of infidelity, your services shall be liable for termination forthwith without any notice period
or salary in lieu thereof.
12. After completion of successful probation period an employee has to serve 1month prior written notice
or salary in lieu thereof.
11. Asset Handover: Employee needs to submit all tools; laptop any other asset assigned to him /her on
last working day, failing to do so would automatically fall to recover the cost from remaining salary with
company.
12. Non- Asset Handover Penalty: If Employee fails to submit the assigned assets, company would recover
the amount from the Full N Final Settlement. Rental charges would also be deducted from the F&F
Amount if rental asset is assigned to him/her.
13. Termination Policy: Termination of this Agreement, for any reason or for no reason, upon (15 days)
month written notice. Upon termination this Agreement, Employee shall deliver to Steel Man all
material supplied during its term, confidential information, as well as documents, reports, and other
information and data provided by Steel Man to the Employee, fifteen days prior to settlement of Full &
Final settlement.
A .End of contract Termination: Resources working on Client project can be relieved of their duties In a single
day notice if the customer or client close their business or not extend their contract with Steelman.
1. b. Absconding from Services: Resource not reporting to supervisor in continues of 3 days would be
treated as absconding. Resource leaving his location in continues of 3 days without any written
communication to supervisor can be terminated from the services.
Sexual Harassment Prevention Committee & Training: We have a formal committee for prevention of
sexual harassment at workplace guided by our internal policy and governed by The Sexual Harassment
of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (hereinafter “Act”). We
provide training at regular intervals as per the provisions of the Act. You are hereby advised to kindly
make a note of the contact details of the committee members and report immediately to
contact@steelmantelecom.in (mailto:contact@steelmantelecom.in), in case you have any complaint of
Sexual Harassment as defined in the Act.
Code of Conduct: Please read the Company’s Code of Conduct (hereinafter “COC”) carefully and you
are hereby advised to abide by the COC. The COC document must be signed physically and/or digitally,
indicating that it has been received, read and understood, and agreed to and shall be complied with. In
case of any breach of the COC (Code of conduct), the Company shall take such actions as deemed fit in
its sole discretion, without any cost and/or consequence to the Company.
Training Clearance required before client deputation: Your deputation at the client location shall be
subject to the successful completion of your training at client’s end. In case, your performance does not
meet the criteria and/or expectations of the client, we shall assist you by aligning such interviews with

our different clients. However, in case you are not shortlisted anywhere else, Company shall have the
right to discontinue your employment with us as per the appointment terms.
Disclaimer for No Financial Favors for hiring: We as a Company do not charge any fee / amount for
hiring and also do not ask any agency engaged by us for the same. You are requested to kindly sign the
undertaking, declaring that you have not paid any fee / amount in cash or kind to your employer or to
any other agency engaged by your employer for seeking the current employment.
Relocation to any client, anywhere in India: As per your employment terms, your services can be
transferred anywhere in India and to any of our clients as per company’s requirement and/or discretion
Full and Final settlement: Your Full and Final settlement will be cleared once Handover of the
Documents, Assets, tools are submitted to the concerned departments and clearance of the HOD.
Settlements of Accounts would reflect after minimum 60 days from your LWD.
Criminal Record Disclaimer: You are hereby required to disclose to us and/or to our client at your
deputation location about any legal and/or criminal proceedings, either filed against you in the past
and/or pending against you. In case, any false information so furnished and/or concealed is brought to
our notice, your employment shall be terminated at the discretion of the Company.

Confidentiality Agreement
This is to certify that I acknowledge that the remuneration & all other related information provided in
Annexure ‘A’ to me by my employer is confidential & cannot be revealed by me or anyone in the
Organization other than E. O or the HR – Head at any given point & time.
Pursuant to his/her obligations, the employee would have access to, be furnished with and develop
information far and on behalf of Steelman either solely or jointly with other employees of consultants
of Steelman wherein all such information would be proprietary in nature and confidential to Steelman.
Steelman damage shall be unquantified and irreparably in the event of any disclosure of confidential
information by the employee and deems it necessary to enter into an agreement of confidentiality and
non-disclosure to ensure that the confidentiality of all information accessed, furnished to the employee
or developed by the employee during the course of his/her employment is maintained confidential
during his/her term of employment and thereafter.
The employee acknowledges and realizes the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of the
aforesaid information and agrees to Steelman’s directions in this regard.
Consequently, the parties deem it necessary to record in writing the terms and conditions of this non-
disclosure agreement as applicable to the maintenance of confidential information between Steelman
and the employee.
