1010 SWB (HIGH STRENGTH) AND HAVE A 'K' VALUE OF NOT HIGHER THAN 0.3W/M°C
TEMPERATURES RANGE IS -200°C TO +160°C CONTINUOUS SERVICE.
2) BLOCKS ARE TO BE CERTIFIED TO BS476 PART 5 1968 & CLASSIFIED AT LEAST
''NOT EASILY IGNITABLE '' & TESTED TO PART 7 1971 & CLASSIFIED CLASS 1
AND UL CLASS 94 V-0 ''SELF EXTINGUISHING''.

3) WHERE DOUBLE UNITS ARE REQUIRED ONE BASE PLATE WILL COVER BOTH BLOCKS.
4) THE MATERIAL OF THE BASE PLATE CAN BE REVISED IF NECESSARY.

6) 'A' = 150 AS STANDARD BUT BE VARIED BETWEEN 75 & 175MM AS REQUIRED.


7) BLOCKS TO HAVE A 6MM X 45 DEG CHAMFER TO CLEAR THE PIPE LUG WELD (LUGS TO BE
40W X 6 THK. MATERIAL COMPATIBLE WITH PIPE SPEC.).
8) BLOCK HAS A 6MM X 45 DEG CHAMFER TO CLEAR THE PIPE LUG WELD.
9) SIZES 32 TO 36 ARE NON STANDARD DESIGN. DIMENSIONS & ALLOWABLE LOADS ARE BASED ON
EXTRAPOLATION OF THE EXISTING DESIGNS. DETAILS ARE TO BE VERIFIED BY PIPE SUPPORT SUPPLIER
