Most Respectfully showeth:-

I, Vidhya G, Aged 33 years, Occ: student, residing at No. 11 Flamingo Residency, Falcon
valley colony, Shaikpet, Hyderabad-50008, do solemnly affirm as follows:-

1. I submit that I am the petitioner in this case, and I am very well aware of the facts and
circumstances of the case.

2. I submit that to prove the allegations of sexual assault of the respondent no. 1 against me
and to prove certain other grave allegations against the respondents, it is inevitable to
procure the Call detail records and Mobile Tower location details of the petitioner and the
respondent no. 1’s mobile.

3. I submit that the above summoned documentary evidence is an important piece of evidence
which is crucial to decide the disputes in this case.

4. I submit that the above requested detail will be retained by the service provider AIRTEL
only for a limited period and will be erased from AIRTEL storage after December 2023
and hence, this petition requires urgent disposal.

PRAYER
Hence, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to pass direction to
Telecom Service Provider AIRTEL to immediately provide the Call detail records and Mobile
Tower location details of the petitioner’s mobile number (9663860889 -AIRTEL
TELANGANA) and the respondent no. 1’s mobile number (9741451601 -AIRTEL
KARNATAKA) for a period from Nov 2021 till June 2022, in an urgent manner, in the interest
of justice.
