- As I’ve said, this angle is particularly dense; more so than other angles of Pedogate. A lot of the significance
of the connections between these people are the families and genealogies they’re from, most of whom have
played significant roles in other major events (for instance, the Lauder family is involved, and that name
comes up prominently in 9/11 research, etc)

[PART 1]

ART IN EMBASSIES 2021

[ORIGINS - Art in Embassies]

The Art in Embassies program is a State Department program that began back in 1953 when
the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York City formed an International Council to
facilitate exhibitions of American art around the world. It began with a trial exhibition; featuring
American art, the trial exhibition was sent to the embassy residence of Ambassador L. Corrin
Strong in Oslo, Norway. Other works from MoMA were also lent to the residence which included
Alfonso Roybal’s Green Corn Ceremony, John Kane’s Homestead, Walter Kuhn’s Apples in the
Hay, and Stuart Davis’ Summer Landscape.
In 1956, the MoMA becomes an incorporated privately supported educational group, and
consisted of 110 men and women from across the United States. Their interest lied in furthering
the international exchange of the visual arts, and honorary members of the council included
Mrs. John F. Kennedy, Senator J. William Fulbright, and C. Douglas Dillon. At this point,
Mrs. L. Corrin Strong (mentioned above as receiving the first trial exhibition in 1953) begins
fundraising to support this cause, hoping to get more American artwork sent abroad to embassy
residences.

Career diplomat Stanley Woodward, along with his wife Shirley, then establish a private,
non-profit foundation and begin a joint loan program with MoMA and the Department of State
in 1959. They end up purchasing over 500 works of art, including pieces by by Josef Albers,
Robert Motherwell, Helen Frankenthaler, Jasper Johns, and many others. The works are loaned
out to departing American ambassadors for use in official embassy residences. It was Shirley
Woodward that was one of the first to refer to the loaning of these works as “Art in Embassies”

1960 rolls around, and the International Council of MoMA establishes an Art in Embassies
project, and coordinates with the Dept. of State to select appropriate residences. At this point,
MoMA engages more than 50 museums across the US to loan the works out to diplomatic
posts, featuring exhibitions that “represent American creative achievements”. It is around this
time the first shipment occurs, which consisted of 19 works of art sent to Ambassador Walter
Dowling and his wife in Bonn, Germany. The shipment consisted of works by Americans
Jackson Pollock, Edward Hopper, and Alexander Calder, and Germans including Max
Beckmann and Emil Nolde. Originally, the works were to be sent for a duration of between one
year to eighteen months, but those time frames were often extended. FInally, in the same year,
16 additional exhibitions for US embassy residences are then planned.

Also around the year 1960, “the Museum's program has been augmented by another private
endeavor , The Woodward Foundation, which has supplied works of art for more than
20 embassies. Last year the State Department also began a program under the aegis
of Mrs. Nancy Kefauver and has supplied art for 25 embassies. As there are II5
embassies and as the collections change as ambassadors change^ all three agencies

5 Years later in 1965, Thomas J. McIntyre, senator of New Hampshire, tells Congress: “Art in
Embassies is based upon the belief that it is important for the embassies of the United States to
reflect current and traditional culture of this country in an effective manner. One way to present
the high level of American cultural attainment is through visual arts.”

In 1970, the U.S Department of State begins to coordinate all art exhibitions for diplomatic
posts moving forward, following the dissolution of MoMA’s International Council on April 7th,
1970.
In 1976, The Woodward Foundation was dissolved, and the collection of art they amassed is
disbursed as gifts to museums, including the National Gallery of Art, Washington; the
Metropolitan Museum, New York City; the Philadelphia Museum, Pennsylvania; and others.

By 2000, Art in Embassies becomes involved in the purchase of art for buildings in New
Embassy Complexes around the world, creating permanent collections for each project.

2002: A program of artists’ exchanges is established by Art in Embassies, whereby American

artists travel to the countries in which their art is displayed and conduct programming in the
community, meeting with and collaborating with host country artists, students, and members of
local arts and cultural organizations.

2005: Art in Embassies is designated as the sole agent for the purchase of art for permanent
collections in New Embassy Complexes, and makes use of this opportunity to greatly expand
cross-cultural exchanges.

2012 (note - same year Terramar was created): Art in Embassies embarks on a series of
public-private partnerships to celebrate its 50th Anniversary year. The projects include photo
exhibitions in partnership with the Department of Defense, multiple artist/student cooperative
commissions, and other activities.

Today: Today, Art in Embassies is run by Beth Dozoretz, a close friend of Hillary Clinton and
famous for helping Bill Clinton pardon Marc Rich on his final day in office. To quote Vanity Fair,
Dozoretz drew attention to herself when “she played a key role in persuading her friend Bill
Clinton to pardon her fugitive billionaire ex-husband, Marc Rich”. As is the case with most Hillary
Clinton confidantes, the more effort they put into covering up international crime and trafficking,
the higher they climbed. And even though Hillary’s state department did little to oversee
embassies during her tenure as SoS, she still invested a ton of time and effort into promoting

[ORIGINS - The Foundation for Art and Preservation in Embassies (FAPE)]

The Foundation for Art and Preservation in Embassies (FAPE) is a non-profit 501(C)3,
non-partisan organization dedicated to enhancing the United States' image abroad through
American art. Founded as a public-private partnership in 1986, FAPE works with the U.S.
Department of State to contribute fine art to U.S. embassies around the world. FAPE's
donations include works by more than 145 American artists placed in over 70 countries.
Headquartered in Washington D.C., FAPE has raised over $42 million in art and monetary

FAPE fulfills its mission through Site-Specific commissions, Original Print and Photography
Collections, preservation projects, and other arts and education initiatives. All artworks
commissioned or placed by FAPE are by American artists and are gifts, representing the
generosity and patriotism of some of the United States’ greatest artists and donors.

FAPE was founded by Leonore Annenberg, Wendy W. Luers, Lee Kimche McGrath and Carol
Price. As spouses of former U.S. ambassadors, and with Mrs. McGrath as the Director of Art in
Embassies at the State Department, FAPE’s founders recognized a need to build upon the
Department’s efforts by providing permanent works of American art that would endure the tests
of time in embassies across the world. Since FAPE was established in 1986, more than $150
million in art and monetary contributions has been raised and works have been placed in more
than 140 countries.

[IMPORTANT NAMES AND ENTITIES]

*State Department: Important not only because the Art in Embassies (focus) is a program
within the State Department, but also because embassy-related scandals that have arisen in the
past
 - In 2013, the State Department got wrapped up in a sex abuse and pedophilia scandal due to two
whistleblowers that exposed information to the public
- After this exposure, they were targeted and harassed: break-ins occurred at their lawyers’ offices
where only computers and files were stolen, no money
- Hacks into their emails occurred and numerous emails containing evidence and legal strategies
were deleted
- Public smearing and destroying of reputations; after this scandal was exposed, it ended up being
widely considered unsubstantiated in the minds of the public and forgotten about
- Rundown: investigators within the State Dept. were investigating allegations of drug abuse, sex abuse, and
pedophilia within state dept. And US embassy circles and assist in documenting it all to include in an OIG
report. What happens is, once their info is passed on, it never makes it into the report - their information,
specifically the info about pedophilia and prostitutes, is omitted. The whistleblowers were perceived as
credible when they came out to the public, because not only did two separate whistleblowers come forward,
but they both had original drafts of the OIG report that DID include the sex abuse/pedophilia allegations -
this allowed them to prove to the public that this information was removed before the final report was
released
- Howard Gutman’s name pops up and may be included in these whistleblower allegations; he was
at the Embassy in Belgium and was accused of ditching his private security to solicit prostitutes and
minors
- Around the time Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State, Hillary of course being involved with Art in
Embassies (wrote an article for Vanity Fair on the program which includes a photo of Marina
Abramovic at the top) and connected to most people within this program + connected to the pedos
that are also involved/connected
- *Perhaps an angle to take is this: If the objective of the Art in Embassies program is to spread American
values and Culture through art, isn’t it interesting that the people that collect “art” that depicts abused,
bound, and dead children like Podesta are all involved in the program?
- Marina Abramovic is a legitimate member of the program and is featured on the AiE .gov website -
isn’t it interesting that Marina, not only deeply connected to the Pizza Characters but also involved
in producing very disgusting art (Spirit Cooking, satanism, themes of child abuse) is an ACTUAL
member of the program?
- Never knew this type of art would help spread cultural diplomacy!
*Art in Embassies: The most important of the AiE program is their ability to ship “art” to
embassies all over the globe, but also do so in diplomatically secure ways - in other words, they
have access to private shipping channels and flights not subjected to normal security checks
and procedures, and are officially backed up by the US State Department
- Because we are dealing with exhibitions and art pieces worth millions or tens of millions of dollars, shipping
this art across the world is complex - we’re talking about climate controlled shipping containers, customized
containers lined with cushions, and a different set of “teams” of people that check these containers when the
boats dock in port or the plane lands on the strip. They are not subjected to normal TSA people, or normal
security at the docks - the companies that assist in the shipment of expensive art deploys their own
professionals to do this
- This company (Masterpiece International mentioned below, as well as others like it probably) are
one of very few entities that are permitted to not only access airport tarmacs, but also load the
cargo (“art”) righ tinto the back of designated aircraft themselves. Very few entities outside of
Airport officials are able to do this
- Remember: Marina Abramovic’s style of “art” often includes her own body, or human bodies themselves -
her “art” isn’t limited to simple paintings. These companies permit the shipment of perishables, too. See
where I’m going with this?
- Random sidenote: If you visit the Art in Embassies Youtube channel on a mobile device and try to minimize
the video to scroll through other videos, the “mini player” feature is disabled, and Youtube says “mini player
deactivated because this video is for kids” (so, in other words, the Art in Embassies Youtube channel
designates every one of its videos as being for kids - anyone that uploads videos to Youtube consistently
 knows that you must state whether or not your video is for kids or not for kids by checking a little box before
uploading. Just kind of weird)

Masterpiece International: This is a company that specializes in the logistics and transport of
expensive works of art (ranging in the millions of dollars) around the world by both Air and Sea
- They are listed as members on a 2015 “FAPE Board Member” list that used to be featured on their website,
and is included further down in this document. (FAPE is technically different than AiE as they are separate
entities on paper, but FAPE is a “public-private partnership with the State Department (AiE) providing
permanent works of American art for U.S Embassies worldwide” [source]
- I outlined much of the significance of Masterpiece International above, but the key here is this: not only do
we have shady people involved with the official State Dept. program like Marina, but they have access to
diplomatically protected flight and shipping routes as well as a third-party (their own) security team that
handles the transport of these works. In other words, it is completely outside of the normal channels of
security
- Compound that idea with the theme you were going for by exploring Terramar as a “sideline”
society operating outside the bounds of normal law of the land; this same tight knit group of people
have control over the oceans, and the Art in Embassies program is another example of this that
could technically be the infrastructure that makes them able to get away with it. Not to mention that
some of the people that endorsed Terramar or were connected to Ghislaine or Epstein also pop up
within Art in Embassies/FAPE
- *Compound that idea with the fact that James Alefantis is not named in GQ’s “Top 50 Most
Powerful People in DC” because of his pizza restaurant, but rather the fact that he chairs large
auctions of art at events/galas/parties with some of the world’s most powerful people (Sackler
Family, Dozoretz Family [head of AiE program], and other top-level Elites) and could very well put
him in a position to handle the logistics and transfer of art. Remember, Alefantis also is involved
with the Transformer Art Gallery which also includes the same people involved with AiE and FAPE
at their auction events
*Foundation for Art and Preservation of Embassies (FAPE)
*James Alefantis: portrayed as a lowly owner of a pizza shop restaurant with powerful friends, i
think the presentation should “rebrand” Alefantis’ image - he’s far more powerful than people
realize, and it is his involvement in the DC Art Circuit that put him as GQ’s top 50 most powerful
people
- “James Alefantis, Matt Lauer and Pamela Brown have not only met, but worked together in a professional
setting. They are a part of a gala chair committee called the Club Caravan Host Committee.
- “This goes to show that the relationship between Alefantis and mainstream media celebrities is already
well-established, and poses a clear conflict of interest in the reporting. Not only that, but it shows yet another
way that Alefantis could be laundering payments for pedophile/satanic abuse parties; the auction chair
committee likely handles the movement of expensive artworks, which have subjective value and provide
cover for the movement of cash between the customer and the merchant.”
- Other names of note included in the gala: Dianne Feinstein/ Mrs. William Dow Lovett - family built William
Dow Lovett Laboratory of Molecular Neurogenetics/ Thomas Pritzker - Architectural scion/ The Honorable
Selwa S. Roosevelt/ Prince Amyn Aga Khan/ HRH Prince Dimitri of Yugoslavia/ TSH Prince Ermias Sahle
Selassie and Princess Saba Kebede/ Count and Countess Renaud de Viel Castel
- The reason as to why Alefantis is on that Top 50 list from GQ should be becoming a little clearer now. It gets
more interesting, though: a guy named “Celadon” on Instagram also pops up multiple times within
JimmyComet’s IG social circle; he can be seen conversing with Izette Folger, another woman that works at
Alefantis’ Transformer Art Gallery, and so on. Celadon’s IG also features an image of Tony Podesta’s golden
headless statue, so he seems close enough/embedded enough in this circle to find himself in Tony’s house \
- Celadon works at the Cultural Center of the Italian Embassy in DC, of which has collaborated with
Alefantis’ Transformer Art Gallery: (From Transformer): “This is the 13th Annual Auction and a
celebration of Transformer’s 15 year anniversary. The Italian Ambassador is our diplomatic chair
 this year – highlighting year long collaboration with the Italian Embassy in D.C., and artistic
exchange with artists and art spaces in Rome and D.C.” (more on Celadon below)
- *If James Alefantis’ Transformer gallery is holding major art auctions, in partnership with an
Embassy, especially if he’s doing both of those things while also simultaneously featuring art from
abroad, it could reasonably be assumed that he may have some level of control or insight into the
shipment and logistics of this art…..
- Because the Rothschild family appears when researching AiE/FAPE (which you’ll see as you
continue reading), it may be worth noting that It was Lynn de Rothschild that introduced Alan
Dershowitz to Jeffrey Epstein, and it was Lynn de Rothschild that is pictured with David Brock on
James Alefantis’ IG

- Aside from what we already know about Podesta, it is important to note that he provides the one solid
example we have of this circle being involved in art shipments: he has shipped the art of Marina Abramovic
and Jeff Koons via aircraft, some of which were directly shipped through the Tony and Heather Podesta
Collection
- Tony also “gifted” the transport of Marina Abramovic’s “bloody” work to Whitechapel, London [source]
- Tony and Heather Podesta are also members of FAPE and involved to some degree; they have been
pictured with FAPE board members, and are present on the 2015 FAPE member list linked in the sources at
the end
- What we know of Tony already: has his birthday celebrations at Comet Ping Pong every year (or has in the
past), collects child abuse art as evidenced of the paintings we’ve seen, is connected to Marina Abramovic
or close enough with her to be invited to a Spirit Cooking event by her (evidenced by the invitation from her
in John Podesta’s emails asking if Tony would like to attend too)
*Hillary Clinton: There is tons to say about Hillary that is already documented and well known,
but for the purpose of this video, I will outline the specific aspects of her that are relevant to us
- She was the 67th United States Secretary of State under President Barack Obama, and held the position
from 2009 to 2013 - 2013 is the same year that the State Dept. embassy sex abuse and pedophilia scandal
(exposed by those two whistleblowers) emerged
- She’s of course connected to many of the Pizza characters: she wrote that letter to Alefantis personally (pic
featured on Jimmycomet IG), John Podesta was her campaign chairman for the 2016 elections, she’s
married to Bill Clinton whom has been proven to be on Epstein’s private plane multiple times and visited the
island, may have had an affair with Ghislaine (unconfirmed), the Clinton Foundation’s partnership with
Ghislaine’s Terramar, her support of the Art in Embassies program specifically as evidenced by the Vanity
Fair article she wrote praising the program (while featuring Marina Abramovic awarded with a medal in the
header image of the article).
*Jeff Koons: installed art at US embassy in Beijing, awarded the “medal of arts” by State Dept’s
AiE program, pictured with Marina Abramovic and others in AiE articles and events. (sidenote: I
have seen researchers state that Koons’ ex-wife accused him of molesting their child. I can’t
find any sources on that, but if you ever wanted to poke around to see if you have better luck,
that’d be a great detail to include). I think the two most important aspects of Koons are these:
obviously his direct involvement with AiE, but also the fact that he’s on the board of the
International Centre of Missing and Exploited Children, and his foundation even serves as the
research arm of the organization
- Koons donated $50,000 to Correct the Record, David Brock’s company which is essentially responsible for
left wing trolling and shills to help manipulate public perception of Trump (I would imagine an endeavor like
this would certainly help in the public debunking of Pizzagate, too)
- On the Board of Directors of the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (don’t forget, Richard
Branson is also on the Board; he is also the one you covered in your last video, and hosted the NXIVM Sex
Trafficking Cult on his island, as well as publicly endorsed Ghislaine Maxwell’s Terramar) [source]
- Koons also founded the “Koons Family Institute on International Law and Policy”, which serves as the
“research arm” of ICMEC
 - He has been pictured with Philippe Rothschild at an event days before he attended an official AiE/FAPE
event; because we are dealing with the highest of the high level of Elites here, the Rothschilds DO pop up in
this research as well
- Note: It was Lynn de Rothschild that introduced Alan Dershowitz to Jeffrey Epstein, and it was Lynn
de Rothschild that is pictured with David Brock on James Alefantis’ IG
Sackler Foundation: Purdue Pharma, responsible to a degree for the opioid crisis in the US.

- Have the Arthur M. Sackler Gallery, which is an art museum of the Smithsonian Institution in Washington,
D.C., focusing on Asian art. (here)
- Arthur M. Sackler Gallery has paired up with Freer Galler, and together form the Smithsonian's national
museums of Asian art in the United States.
- Sacklers have coordinated events with James Alefantis
- Sacklers have awarded medals to Marina Abramovic and Jeff Koons
- “The event marks the beginning of a landmark collaboration between the Sackler and Art in Embassies. In
coming years, the Sackler will host exhibitions of works by contemporary Asian and Asian American artists

*Negroponte Family: The Negroponte’s are a wealthy family, and feature a few members that
become important not only in the AiE/FAPE world, but also to the wider context and featuring
different Negropontes involved in differing ways
- Nicholas Negroponte: Greek American architect. He is the founder and chairman Emeritus of Massachusetts
Institute of Technology's Media Lab, and also founded the One Laptop per Child Association (OLPC).
- You may recall Nicholas Negroponte got caught up in the fallout of Epstein’s arrest; Epstein made
numerous visits to MIT and donated a lot of money to MIT, particularly the MIT Media Lab which
was founded by Nicholas Negroponte who admits himself that he was a passenger on Epstein’s
flight and “warmed up to him” which is why he accepted the money. Negroponte doubled down
though, and even went further as to say his accepting of Epstein’s donations was justified, and that
it was the “right call”. Note: the Director of the MIT Media Lab did apologize for accepting the
money, and even resigned because of it. Negroponte doesn’t seem to give a shit
- MIT produced an official executive report on the Epstein matter being as MIT was a major figure
discussed in the media headlines and had to address the scandal immediately [link to report]

- John Negroponte: this is Nicholas Negroponte’s brother, and is an American diplomat. He is currently a
James R. Schlesinger Distinguished Professor at the Miller Center for Public Affairs at the University of
Virginia. He is a former J.B. and Maurice C. Shapiro Professor of International Affairs at the George
Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs. Prior to this appointment, he served as a
research fellow and lecturer in international affairs at Yale University's Jackson Institute for Global Affairs,
United States Deputy Secretary of State (2007–2009), and the first ever Director of National Intelligence
- From 1981 to 1996, he had tours of duty as United States ambassador in Honduras, Mexico, and
the Philippines
- served in the Bush Administration as U.S. permanent representative to the United Nations from
2001 to 2004, and was ambassador to Iraq from June 2004 to April 2005

 - Longtime Democratic fundraiser with close ties to Bill and Hillary Clinton, who also was the first
woman to serve as finance chair of the Democratic National Committee, in 1999
- During Bill Clinton’s final days in the White House, he pardoned fugitive financier Marc Rich, who
had fled to Switzerland in the early 1980s after being convicted of tax evasion and charged with
conducting illegal oil deals with Iran during the hostage crisis. Beth Dozoretz was a close friend of
Rich’s wife, Denise Rich, who had donated heavily to the Democrats during the Clinton years,
including a $450,000 contribution to the presidential library foundation that Dozoretz had solicited.
- She reportedly talked to President Clinton about pardoning Rich and thanked him after doing so.
She later was called before Congress to testify about the matter, but refused and invoked her Fifth
Amendment rights.
- Also served on the executive committee of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC)
Jeffrey Epstein:
- His significance goes without saying, but his specific importance when it relates to AiE is this: donated to
MIT Media Lab founded by Nicholas Negroponte, whom is involved in Aie/FAPE, and Nicholas’ brother John
Negroponte used to be an ambassador himself, working directly in embassies + served as Deputy Secretary
of State 2007-2009
- Well documented connections to the Clintons, of which A) publicly endorsed and created a partnership with
Ghislaine Maxwell’s Terramar and B) are involved with AiE via Hillary, who served as the Secretary of State
which is the highest position within the State Department (the dept. that created AiE to begin with)
- Hillary’s connections to the Pizza characters (podesta, alefantis, etc) also goes without saying

[SIGNIFICANCE OF IT ALL, AND HOW IT RELATES TO PIZZA]

With Ghislaine Maxwell’s Terramar in mind, as well as the other evidence I sent you in the
previous document for your last video on Elite Trafficking, examine the following evidence
through that lens. This is yet another example of extreme control over the oceans that circles
back to a select few very powerful DC elites and politicians, and stretches down even to James
Alefantis and his gang.

Proposed significance: the State Department’s Art in Embassies program, which includes
people like Hillary Clinton and Marina Abramovic (not counting many other familiar names
affiliated with it), gives this group access to private shipping channels (both air and sea) that
circumvents standard port and TSA security checks. Because the art is being shipped in
containers or by air, and are going to embassies, third-party security teams do the
loading/unloading of these containers, which means they could technically ship anything they
want in these containers without ever being found out.

1) James Alefantis is more powerful than we think; he has hosted major auction events
featuring multi-million dollar art pieces and worked alongside the director of AiE at these
events. In attendance at this same event are people like Wolf Blitzer (who pretended as
if he never met him while reporting on the “fake news conspiracy theory Pizzagate”) and
Matt Lauer, who himself also went down for sexual abuse related nonsense
2) The idea that the people who collect art depicting abused, bound, near naked, and dead
kids are involved in a state department program that uses art to spread cultural
diplomacy….who knew cultural diplomacy was achieved via the collection of dead kid art
3) The idea I think is most useful to really accentuate is the fact that, regardless of what is
true and what isn’t when it comes to Pizza allegations, there is no denying that IF they’re
true, these same people have full control of the ocean and a fully functioning and secure
system in place that would allow them to facilitate human trafficking while remaining
 undetected, all with the backing of the US State Department at the highest levels. You
can even reference your previous video, Pedogate 2020 Pt. III, where you say
something along the lines of “pizzagate isn’t about proving child trafficking 100%, but it’s
about asking simple questions: like why is Rachel Chandler pictured with Bill Clinton on
what may be Frank Giustra’s airplane?” - this AiE angle is another major eyebrow-raiser
and prompts tons of questions the more you begin to dig into it.

ownership of islands by people involved (like Branson who hosted NXIVM on his
island and also works with submersibles/yachts, and Epstein’s island, and
Nygard’s island) with Ghislaine Maxwell’s Terramar project and her husband
Scott Borgerson’s Cargo Metrics + interest in Arctic, a picture begins to
emerge….a startling one, at that
b) Go further and take the above individuals and note their involvement in anti child
abuse/anti trafficking organizations - Branson publicly endorsing Terramar while
also being a part of ICMEC; Jeff Koons being a member of AiE and his
foundation serving as research branch of ICMEC, Alefantis’ friends Izette Folger
and his lawyer Max Maccoby also involved in anti-child abuse organizations
(Folger being a part of “Innocents at Risk”), max maccoby being on the Board of
the very same Haitian orphanage that Laura Silsby abducted children from, etc
