Plaint summary:

The suit was filed by the plaintiff in the court of senior civil judge , family judge, west Islamabad. The
plaintiff has filed this suit for the recovery of maintenance, dower, dowry articles and gold ornaments.

There are 3 plaintiffs in this case, the plaintiff which is plaintiff no 1 and two minor children which are
plaintiff no 2 and plaintiff no 3 ( who initiated the suit along with their mother plaintiff no 1).

The plaintiff married the defendant on 11-02-2016 along with all the muslim ceremonies with a dower
set as 7 lac Rs which is till date not paid. At the time of marriage, the defendant gifted plaintiff 7 tola of
gold which was later snatched and the couple had two children from this marriage.

Soon differences arise between the couple but plaintiff was tolerating all torments for her children.

The defendant deserted the plaintiff after brutally beating her on 9-1-2016. The defendant has not paid
any maintenance to the defendant from then nor had given any maintenance for the minor children
which is Rs 25000 per month each child. The plaintiff is entitled to receive maintenance of Rs 25000 per
month from January 2016 was ousted by the defendant and no maintenance had been even repeated
requests through the family members.

The defendant is a businessman and is in good financial position to give the maintenance. The dowry
articles are in the defendant house and the plaintiff is entitled to recover it. (list of dowry articles
attached).

The plaintiff has tried her best to resolve the issue but upto no wail and cause of action accrued in
jan,2016 and some days ago when the defendant refused to give maintenance etc. hence, this suit.

The parties are residing in the territorial jurisdiction of this court and court can try this suit. The
appropriate fee is affixed on the plaint.

Through this plaint, the plaintiff is demanding:

1. Maintenance of herself and her children (till they reached majority) from the date of Jan,2016.
2. Dowry articles along with 7 tolas of gold ornaments.
3. Dower of Rs 7 lacs.
