Since the thermistor is added to the LSU, the service call at the time of a thermistor failure is added.

New Standard correspondence
We TTEC are going to gain new safety standard or RoHS 2,
and we are willing to meet these standard’s regulation in advance of enforcement time.
[Enforcement time: New safety standard⇒June 2019, RoHS 2⇒July 2019]
In order to meet new standards, TTEC needs to change some parts of machines.
For this reason, TTEC also needs to change the options’ model name, and then, we
decided to add suffix -B to these model names. (ex. DSDF: MR-4000-B)
The list of options which are added suffix –B is next slide.
Although these items are compatible with current options (without –B) series.
(Because specs, sizes or functions are same as current options (without –B) series.)
However, you cannot use the current (SING16) options (without –B)
AFTER the enforcement time.
