A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BARANGAY SK CHAIRWOMAN, HON.


JEANNYLYN M. NAVARRO TO APPLY FOR TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (TIN) AT
THE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE DISTRICT NO. 23A IN THE NAME OF
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN.

WHEREAS, RA 10742 otherwise known as “The Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act” provides for the
financial independency of the Barangay SK Fund.

WHEREAS, there is a need for the Barangay SK to have their own bank account separate from the
account of the barangay.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Villa Isla, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija
requires to have Tax Identification Number (TIN) in the name of BARANGAY VILLA ISLA, SCIENCE
CITY OF MUÑOZ, NUEVA ECIJA - SK as a pre-requisite in opening a bank account.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to authorize the


application for the Tax Identification Number (TIN) of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Villa Isla,
Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija at the Bureau of Internal Revenue District No. 23A.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED to authorized HON. JEANNYLYN M. NAVARRO, SK


Chairman of Barangay Villa Isla to apply for a Tax Identification Number for the Bureau of Internal
Revenue, Revenue District No. 23A, Maestrang Kikay, Talavera, Nueva Ecija, under the name
BARANGAY VILLA ISLA, SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ, NUEVA ECIJA - SK.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish offices/agencies concern copy of this resolution for their knowledge
and information.

On motion of SK Councilor Ericson c. Ermitanio, duly seconded, the foregoing resolution was
unanimously approved.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 21ST day of December, 2023 at Barangay Villa Isla, Science City of
Muñoz, Nueva Ecija.
