I, Nimmi R , D/o Raghunathan , Aged about 40 years, residing


at #371, 4th main Road ,13th cross ,BEL Layout, near MES school,
Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru- 560097 do hereby solemnly affirm
and state on oath as follows:

1. I state that I am the lawful owner and possessor of Mobile


Instrument Redmi Note 4 bearing IMEI No. ;
and I state that I know the facts of the case.

2. I state that I have received my Bank statements from the


ICICI bank on my mobile which has been sent to my mail
vide Email Id: drnimmiraghunathan@gmail.com

3. I have downloaded the said Bank Statements i.e., electronic


documents relied upon by me in the present case, from the
aforesaid mobile and such documents are readily available
on hand which were copied by me, by downloading it to my
computer hard disk and later the relevant documents and
information are compiled. Further the said documents which
are available in the computer were transferred onto the pen-
drive and are furnished before this Hon’ble Court.

4. I state that I alone have the complete control over the


computer system in which the said electronic documents
are downloaded and burnt thereon to a pen drive.

5. I state that the documents and information furnished as


hard copies are same as original. I state that I use the
computer in my daily course of activities.

school, Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru- 560097 do hereby certify as
follows:

1. I certify that the Bank Transactions which were sent to


the mobile “ Redmi Note 4” and later on was
transferred to Pen drive through my mobile and the
output containing the information was produced from the
mobile and thereby was transferred to Pen drive.

2. I further certify that during the period from the purchase


of mobile to till date, over which the electronic device is
used regularly to store or process information for the
purposes of my activities which is regularly carried on
over the period of time by me and myself having lawful
control over the use of the electronic device.

3. The details of the Mobile/electronic media are given as


follows;

4. I certify that during the said period, information of the kind


contained in the electronic record or of the kind from which
the information so contained is derived wAs regulArly stored

period, the mobile was being operated properly to the
accuracy of its contents;

6. I certify that the information contained in the electronic


record reproduces or is derived from such information fed
into the computer in the ordinary course of the said
activities.
