Software Development Engineer in Test

Technology is an integral part of virtually everything we do, and our team enjoys access to some of the most
advanced computing resources in the world. The Quality & Test Engineering group is responsible for ensuring the
optimal functioning of high performance trading systems, massive reconciliation syste ms, and related distributed
and workflow systems. This role offers an opportunity to understand emerging trends in finance & technology
infrastructure while working with some of the latest tools & technologies in test engineering domain. Successful
candidates traditionally have a track record of educational success.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

The candidate would be responsible for delivering quality features and products by following rigorous testing
techniques, understanding various system components, and assessing the impact of any changes. He/she is
expected to be exhibiting ownership of and consistently increasing expertise in the specific area of work, building
and maintaining automation tools and systems, and improving efficiency by identifying and automating test cases.

Who we’re looking for:

• The ideal candidate should be a final year student with a minimum CGPA of 7.00 in Computer Science
branches and 8.00 in all other branches with no current backlogs

• Problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities are essential

• They should have practical understanding of CS concepts in the following areas:

- Data Structures and Algorithms


-
- Operating Systems

- Computer organization

- Database management systems

• Programming skills are important for this role

* Lower amount is guaranteed, higher amount is dependent on performance.


** Relocation will entail reimbursement on one-way travel (in full), guest house stay for 14 nights & reimbursement
of movement of household goods, brokerage; on actuals up to a maximum of ₹ 50,000
*** The amount under the long-term incentive program will be payable in four equal installments at the end of
each calendar year starting December 2024. All payments, under this program, are contingent on your being employed
by the company when the award is paid out, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the said program.
