PRE-MONTH END NARRATIVE REPORT OUTLINE

I. Accomplishments:

Objectives
 To clear backlogs from resigned/terminated staff Edwin and Eitheil
 Revisiting team’s previous concerns and issues when TL is on
leave
 Restructuring of Tasking assigned to staff
 Preparation for year-end report/Tasking
 Various training and huddle given by TL Rozette /Hayley

Caseload Management/ Concerns resolved


 Cancellation issues from Sales Rep (C/O JOANA)
Sales Rep Barbara forgot to inform orders team to cancel refunded
order, thus delivered and resulting to loss in us.
 Queries computation issues for EUNICE.
More training was given to be familiar in different case scenario of
balancing figure of total cost.
 Error of Bills Posting for EUNICE. She directly posts it in Xero without
matching it from CRM, thus resulting to revisiting Historic invoices.
 Additional action taken for EUNICE PODS follow-up. This includes
emailing suppliers and copied in management if needed.
 Payment Reconciliation error from EITHEIL historic tasking.
Thus, we need to reconcile from whole year to make report accurate.
 Vendor’s form details error for JOANA. Training was given properly
 Dropbox organization of files – Done by TL ROZETTE

Coordination Efforts
 Check and Balance in team before TL recheck all tasking
Meetings
 Daily huddle for 1-3 hours in the morning depending to the needs and
schedule
