AC 001 tilt frame extender

The AC 001 is an extender available in different lengths. It clips on to the tilt frame, making it
longer.

It has a pair of quick-release brackets and it will boost your load height considerably. Stand-
ard AUN 200 ramps will lift motorcycles up to 90cm height. However using this extender,
users can lift motorcycles up to 1,3 meters or even higher, if the AC 001 is longer than its
standard length of 750mm.

AC 001 is compatible with other accessories such as AC 008 (cargo loader) or AC 006 (snow-
mobile adapter). It is used by clients with higher than normal trucks, or for clients with
adventure trucks etc.

It is also very useful for clients having long exhaust pipes that otherwise risk to scrape the
ground during loading and off-loading.

AC 003 main frame extender

This accessory attaches to the main frame of the ramp. It is used mostly for loading motor-
cycles with large overhangs into vans. It lets you slide the motorcycle further into the van so
that you can close the back doors.

It can be used for both AUN 100 and 200 type ramps and is compatible with all other acces-
sories.

Standard length is 250mm however longer ones are available upon request.

AC 004 tailgate adapter

Designed for long bed trucks, the AC 004 lets you close the tailgate after loading your motor-
cycle. It clips on to the main frame of the ramp without tools. It lets you slide the motorcycle
over the tailgate to load and off-load it.

It is compatible with AC 001, 006, 008. Once installed, the tilt ramp can slide on top of it to
clear the tailgate.

Very handy if you want to drive with your tailgate closed.

AC 005 three wheel scooter adapter

The AC 005 lets you transport 3 wheel scooters like the Piaggio MP3. It simply bolts on to the
existing wheel chock. It makes it very easy to load and off-load three wheeled scooters.

AC 006 snowmobile adapter

Designed for a low approach angle so that users can push a snowmobile on to it. Compatible
with other accessories such as AC 001, 003 and 004.

Using the AC 006, clients can easily load and off-load even the larger snowmobiles. It simply
bolts on to the existing wheel chock.

It is adjustable in height to clear the wheel wells in pick-up trucks, and also adjustable in
width to accommodate most models of snowmobiles.

AC 008 cargo loader plate

The AC 008 can be very handy if you want to transport general cargo, but also buggies, jet
skis, lawn mowers, pallets, 44 gallon drums etc.

It comes as a chassis where clients can choose what type of floor they want, if any. It can
also be used to transport two motorcycles as long as their combined weight does not exceed
550kg.

It is delivered as a kit, and is compatible with AC 001, 003, 004. During loading, the AC 008
sits flat on the ground. It can be converted into a container or a tiny camping unit.

It is being delivered without a floor as clients can easily find a plywood or panel supplier if
they need a floor. However a floor is not needed if clients transport a jet ski for example.

AC 012 boltless attach kit

Using the AC 012 boltless attach kit one can attach the ramp to vehicles without drilling holes
in the cargo bed.

From a legal point of view, when the ramp is strapped to a vehicle, and not bolted, it is
regarded as “payload” in most countries and therefore exempt of many regulations regarding
changes made to a vehicle.

From a practical point of view, users can easily detach the ramp from one vehicle and then
attach to another, which makes life easier for many motorcycle owners. It makes it also possi-
ble to rent the ramp out to people that need transporting motorcycles for either professional
or leisure use.

AC 023 chopper extender

The AC 023 permanently attaches to the tilt ramp, and makes it longer. Users can then load
custom choppers up to a length of 3 meters.

It is fairly simple to install and will fit all ramp models. It is compatible with the AC 012 bolt-
less attach kit, AC 003 and AC 004.
